It was a beautiful morning in Corecorn town
Simm was still asleep in his bed, He was only asleep for like 4 hours when...
"...paaaPAAAAA" Val screamed, racing to Simm's bed, she jumped on him and started bouncing on him
"Oof, what's up kiddo?" Simm said groggily, rubbing the sleep from his eyes

"I dunno kid, what do you want?" Simm asked sleepily.
"Hmmmm... Breakfast tacos?" Val asked hopefully.
"sure i guess, can you get off me please" Simm said in a hopeful tone.
"No" Val spoke.
"Val, get off me or no breakfast tacos" simm said with an air of finality

"Mmm... fine" She rolled off Simm.
"Thanks kiddo, What do you want in your taco?"

"Oh, ok".
Simm walks to the kitchen, val tailing behind him.
Val sits down near the tv and turns it to her favorite show The suffering of Chiro GQ The Core Show. (Val plot bunny why me?)
He grabs a pot, some ground beef and some taco mix, He fill the pot with water and sets it in the stove
"Hey kids do, wanna help me cook" Simm asked offhandedly.
"Hmm" She didn't wanna miss this episode, on the other hand she wants to cook with papa
"Okie!"
"Can you chop me up some Jalapeños?" Simm said.
"Shure!"
Simm wasn't afraid of val being hurt, he was more afraid of the kitchen burning down. Val grabbed the basket of fresh jalapeños and the knife and started chopping.
"You've gotten good since the first time I taught you, huh?"
Simm was genuinely impressed with her skill, it seems like yesterday he was teaching her how to chop veggies.
"Yup!" She continues chopping the jalapeños.
"Heh,nice" Simm felt like time was slipping by and it was as if he's forgetting something.
"Uhh... Papa?"
"Yeah?"
"Look at the stove"
"Whu" He looks to it and the water is overflowing
"Oh shoot" Simm refrains from swearing because there is a child goddarnit.
He turns it down and adds the beef to the boiling water while val is giggling in the background
He turns around "Oh you thinks this is funny?"
"hihihi... yes" She says in a teasing tone
"Why you" He tackles her and tickles her tummy
"Hehehahahahaha, Pa-ha-pa st-ha-op pleease!" Val begs while laughing
"Hmmmm, how about no?" Simm says with a smile
"Pa-haha-pa please?"
"Maybe"
"Ugly ass Val noises NOW, Please?"
"Ok kid" Simm let's her go and lets her gasp for breath.
"Thanks papa"
"No problem kiddo"
"No problem"
