"You shouldn't have these tablets on campus grounds." said Yuuki in an authoratative tone. She quickly snatched the tablets from the two fellow Night Class students and held them in front of her.
An unexpected reaction occurred.
The two students trembled then stared at Yuuki with bloodlust eyes.
"Give it back!" yelled one of them.
Zero took out his Bloody Rose and aimed it at their hearts, ready to send them to the depths of hell from which they came.
"No!" said Yuuki in a strict voice as she held out her arms, blocking Zero's bullets.
The students suddenly bit into each of her arms and drank her blood.
Yuuki flinched as she could feel the blood leave her arms and through their lips.
The two student's eyes turned... back to normal?
"Oh my God. President!" said one of them.
They both kneeled before Yuuki and looked down in utter shame.
"Please, punish us any way you see fit." said the other.
They kneeled in silence, regretting the fact that they just took a pureblood's blood.
A KURAN's blood, nonetheless.
"It's alright. Just don't do it again. I know you didn't mean it." said Yuuki with a small smile. "Now go get some rest, it's almost morning."
Yuuki motioned for them to leave quickly before the sun came.
They nodded and bowed respectfully.
Yuuki turned to Zero and said "Thank you."
Zero looked at her with blank eyes.
"Don't talk to me, vampire."
With that, he placed his Bloody Rose into his pockets and exited the field, ready to go to sleep after a long night's shift.
Yuuki smiled softly and leaned on a nearby tree.
Her breaths became labored and her vision blurred. Seems like the two Night Class students took more than they should've.
Zero glanced back, annoyed as to why he didn't hear her footsteps behind his-
Yuuki collapsed on the floor on her side, unconscious.
He sighed and walked back to her.
He took off his jacket and placed it around her, wrapping her like a sushi roll so she wouldn't get burnt by the sun.
Hours later, Yuuki opened her eyes.
She looked around and noticed it wasn't her room.
When she tried to get up, she flinched at the dull pain in her arms.
'Oh, right. The two Night Class students...' thought Yuuki as she examined her arms to find... bandages?
As she was about to sit up, a pair of arms wrapped themselves around her waist and forced her back onto the bed.
Surprised, Yuuki saw Zero, sleeping comfortably with his face snuggled onto the nape of her neck.
His even breaths tickled her skin and sent shivers down her spine.
Finding comfort and warmth in his embrace, Yuuki fell asleep in Zero's arms.
