"I heard you make it to the top of your class again, Chisato."

"You made me and your mother proud. Keep it up."

"Whoa, you're so talented, Shirasagi-san!"

"Isn't that the child actress, Shirasagi Chisato?"

"She's so amazing. I can't believe she's the same age with me!"

...

"I thought Chisato-chan can do anything. It's strange, isn't it?"

!

That night, Shirasagi Chisato woke up from her sleep with sweat all over her face. That dream wasn't a particularly scary one, but the last part made her heart beat fast and her breath erratic.

Even though she should have resolved that problem, Hina's words from before still haunt her.

"I'm not a genius like you..." Chisato murmured in the bed. She raised her head and looks through the window as the moon shines through it.

"...I need fresh air."

It was midnight. She couldn't possibly take a walk in the midnight. Even though the streets should be safe in this neighborhood, it doesn't mean a girl of high school age can just took a stroll in the middle of the night. She walks to the bathroom and washes her face, then walks back to her room and opened the window.

A cool air flows through the opened window to her room, gently brushing her freshly washed face. As she thought of her dream just now, she thought of her own feelings now.

After she got stuck with Pastel*Palettes, she became less guarded and is able to smile naturally when she's with her band members. Even so...

"It's so... hard..." Chisato murmured. She know very well that everything that she had got came from her hard work and her manipulations all along. She was keeping up a façade all the time. Even outside of the band, the only person she can confide to is Kanon.

Her job before was so tough and she got scolded numerous times, even when she is in front of her band mates. That led to her band mates thinking "I thought Chisato can do everything", thereby ruining her persona. She was upset because of that.

"Does that mean I didn't believe them enough?" Chisato murmured as she saw the moon on the sky.

"...no. This is my fault. I didn't express what the director wanted enough. I'm still very much lacking..." Chisato murmured again. The chilly wind had became too much for her to bear only with her pajamas, so she closed off the window and lean by the window.

The first thing flashes in her mind is her vocalist. The person who she thought really shine brightly in her own way, without manipulating others or keeping a façade. The person who can truly became the light of others without any mask.

"Aya... what will you do when you're faced with something like this..."

Chisato thought for a while, then smiled.

"Stupid me. Of course you will charge forward. You will face whatever is holding you back head on. Right?"

Chisato takes a look at the clock, then realized she have a job tomorrow morning, followed by practice.

"Well, let's just go back to sleep now."

As she thought so, she went back to her bed, pulled her blanket, and slept as she thought of Aya. Thus, the young fairy queen drifts once more into the dream world...
