Time Together
"Are you sure you want to go through with this Steven?" Pearl asked. I am said Steven, only a little annoyed with the question. "Have you even talked to Connie yet? She is a BIG part of this." Amethyst said. "No, I haven't talked to her about it yet, that's why we are having dinner tonight to talk about it." Steven said flustered. Steven and the gems went on for about a half hour or so. The discussion had been started right after the battle they had that morning.
Early that morning…
"Connie, look out!" Steven yelled running over to protect her. In a flash of white light, Stevonnie appeared, sword and shield out the shield blocking every attacked, the sword swinging low and high at the corrupted gem monster. Stevonnies' sword finally cutting through the monster, poofing it. Stevonnie un-fused back into Steven and Connie, Connie looked at Steven and kissed him lightly on the lips. Steven kissing her back, blushing slightly. Steven and Connie have been official for some time, but Steven still is a little shy in front of the gems, more so then he probably should be. Connie told Steven she couldn't wait for their date and took off for home. Steven wanted more than anything to be with Connie all the time, and the way to do that would be to fuse into Stevonnie permanently. Steven wasn't sure how Connie would take to him asking her so he talked to the gems.
