Mistletoe

"Shika why are you avoiding your own girlfriend? Shouldn't you two be cuddling and kissing underneath the mistletoe?" asked the pinkette, as she took a sip of her red wine.

"Well Ino is demanding every kiss she can get underneath the mistletoe. What about you? I thought you and the Uchiha were hitting it off?" he asked as he leans against the kitchen counter.

"That's what I thought but he's over there cuddling with the blond chick. Maybe he's not interest in me after all" she shrugs.

Shikamaru took a glance over her shoulder as he shake his head "you women are always so troublesome."

"What you mean?" she asked as she raises a perfect thread eyebrow.

Just as he was going to open his mouth to explain to her that the person she "saw" wasn't Sasuke, he had to hit and run "I have to hide now Saku but don't give up on him because I know he truly love you. "

Sakura just laugh and shake her head "yeah right."

She tip her glass of wine as she finish the last gulp of it, "Drinking already? Are you trying to get yourself wasted?" asked a deep and husky tone.

The pinkette turn her head around to see who was speaking to her and frown "Where the blond chick? You done talking to her?"

The dark raven raised an eyebrow "what blond chick?"

"Don't pretend like I didn't see you two cuddling behind the couch" she said as she got off her seat and move her way into the crowd.

Sasuke turn his head around toward the couch that she was referring to and chuckle himself "you really can't tell the difference between me and Sai."

"Hey Sasuke!" he yelled as Sasuke gave him a nod and a smirk.

He scans across the studio apartment to find the pink hair beauty as he spotted her. She was putting on her black ankle boots as she was getting ready to leave the party.

"Sakura wait!" he yelled as he made his way through the crowd.

She turned around as he grab her by the waist "Sakura you are one stupid girl."

"What?" she glares at him as he chuckle at her expression.

"The person that you saw wasn't me. That was Sai, and do you really think I'll give up on you this easily? It took me a year and a half to have the courage to talk to you and ask you out. You're the only beauty that I see in my eyes and don't think otherwise."

"Wait so you're saying that that was Sai that I saw? " she asked as her face expression slowly to change into a guilty one.

"Hn yes" he said as he lean his forehead against hers.

"I'm sorry babe, maybe Shika was right" she smiles sweetly as Shika gave her a wink across the room and pointed to the mistletoe above them.

Sakura and Sasuke both looked up and smile "Merry Christmas boo" as they both share their very first mistletoe kiss.
