Chapter 1-Prologue
Set 20 years in the future
A blur of raven hair zoomed by him as his mate ran from fingers that threatened to tickle her for her insult to him…. She had promised the pups a trip to the river, but as her mate returned home, he had her call him a disgusting puppy….an offense he didn't take lightly. She ran giggling from him until the children came outside and stood arms crossed waiting for their parents to stop behaving so childishly.
"Mom! You promised us a trip to the river!" Midori and Keiji, twin sister and brother.
"Ok, ok I'm coming! Inu, you coming with koi?" Kagome replied breathless.
"Yes, I'm coming too." Inuyasha replied
He looked at his mate and his two pups as they laughingly went to pack for the trip.
"Thank you kami's for my mate and family!" Inuyasha murmured to the heavens.
Short Chapter I know sorry but I've been having writers block lately and it's my first fanfiction!
