Harry Potter and the Planeteers

Summary: Clearly a crossover with Captain Planet, Harry and four other Hogwarts students find themselves the next generation of Planeteers after finding and freeing the petrified Lady Gaia deep in a cave in the Forbidden Forest. Could this be the power the Dark Lord knows not?
Prologue:
"Ten years." came a voice in the darkness. "It has been ten years since I have been sealed away in this place. My children fought hard but in the end fell to the terrible fight. Only one was able to escape with his life and I was sealed here by our enemies."
Harry Potter, just your average sixteen year old wizard, found himself hovering in the dark void. He looked all around him and saw no one. "Who's there," he called into the darkness. "What do you want?"
"It has been a long ten years and the fate of this world is coming to a head," the ethereal voice came again. "If I am not freed and the evil defeated at last, the world will be destroyed. Please, I beg of you, find me, set me free and help me to defeat the evil."
Suddenly the darkness dispersed, giving Harry a clear view of a cave, covered in vines and foliage. A part of him thought he knew where he was, but before he could put a name to it, the darkness covered it again. "You haven't even told me who you are, please…how can I find you if I don't who I'm looking for?"
"Set me free…" the voice echoed and vanished.
AN: Alright, hopefully a mysterious prologue to set the stage. Yes, I have a love for undone plotlines, this is one of them.
