"Tara" rosita yells.
"Yes" I say, I can feel my cheeks getting hot even
though I don't think she'll ever be interested in me.
"Is your ankle ok?" she asks
"No, I feel like shit" I answer a little too seriously. Some times I just want to
lean over and kiss her right smack on the lips. "Oh, okay" she says sounding a little sad,
probably because of my reaction to her question. "Hmph" Abraham grunts. "We can stop here if you want" Glenn says to me.
"Um, yeah I could use some sleep." I say not sure if I should keep going or take the offer, so I just risk it and plop down right next to the fire "pit" Abraham had already started.
When he was finished he sat down next to me and said
"You probably won't believe me but, I think Rosita "Likes" you and before you say anything I saw you staring down her shirt when she gave you your food, those things are definitley worth a good long stare." I snort "Your damn straight, those things are eye popping." I whisper, sort of. "Go get some sleep" he says. At first I argue but then I look over and see Rosita sleeping peacefully next to Glenn, the perfect excuse to sleep near her. I wake up with Rosita crouching beside me trying to shake me awake. "The Fuckers left us Tara!" she yells. I look around and see that she's talking about Glenn, Euigene and Abraham, they left in the middle of the night. "Thats why he wanted me to go to sleep last night." I think aloud. "Come on, get up let's eat and come up with a plan." Ten minutes later Rosita is cooking a can of beans-They decided to leave us some stuff,I guess-over the fire and I'm eating mine. "so wha-" I get out before she comes over and kisses me. We were kissing for a good 3 minutes before she pulls away an says "I couldn't do that with them around." and before I could say anything we were kissing again. We were interupted by a rumbling noise and it sounded like a car we hid in the bushes naked. When we say that it was Araham, Euigene and Glenn we realized that they just went to get a car. When Abraham caught a glimpse of me and Rosita, Naked behind the bushes he tried to distract Glenn and Euigene so we could get dressed. "Hey" glenn said as he saw us sitting at the fire-we just sat down 2 seconds before they got to the "pit". "I take it, you two used your time to sleep in." Abraham said, winking. Rosita gave a questioning look to Abraham but I smiled. Then I looked over to Rosita to see if what happened was "genuine" I could tell by the look on her face she meant it all. I whispered "So, you really like me, huh?" in her ear. "Like you...? I Love you." she said not caring that in that moment Glenn realized what was going on with Rosita and I, Euigene however, did not know that I liked girls, so he was extremely suprised to hear that but, He figured it out quickly. That night at "dinner" "So are we all cleared up with what happened this afternoon?" Abraham asked. Rosita and I were definitley clear with what happened but, Rosita looked at Euigene and I looked at Glenn who said "Yes" and he ment it. Euigene however, took a while but Abraham finely got an "Okay" out of him which I was fine with. After dinner there were some stray walkers on the road and Rosita and I cleared them out because we plan on leaving-all of us-in the morning. I wake up in the car, I guess they picked me up and put me in here. I look up at Rosita's smiling face and I kiss her. "I love you" I say not caring who heard it. "I love you to" she says back. Ten minutes later theres a sign made out of blood everyone sees it but the just keep going. Glenn notices the questioing look on my face and says "It's okay, we've already seen a few of them" I nod in responce.
