OK, I've decided to write my first one-shot(yay?). It's slightly Ashe/Rasler, but from King Raminas's point of view. I was disappointed he didn't get more character development in the story, I mean really, his WIKI article is 3 lines! If I make any mistakes regarding his character, please correct them. Is this my little girl?
My daughter, Princess Ashelia B'Nargin Dalmasca? Is that her under all those veils, standing at an alter? True, I took part in the arrangement of the marriage, but it all seems so surreal now, watching her...
When did she get to be so beautiful?
No wonder Rasler loves her. She's sweet, pretty, clever -together they will make a great monarchy.
When did she get so much older? Wasn't it only yesterday she was sitting in my lap, begging to be let into a council meeting?
I can't help but feel I've missed part of her childhood. It feels like only yesterday we were announcing her birth to the entire kindgom, the only child of King Raminas, the sole heir to the throne.
And now, there she stands. Ready to be married off to the prince of Nabradia.
Arcadian armies stand at our borders, and yet here there is peace. Here there is happiness. Oh, my little Ashe looks so joyous!
What can I say to her? They look so happy together, it's as if their whole lives are already planned out. So blissful, so perfect.
I wish I could stay like this forever.
