Franky rolls over and smells Mini's golden locks. It's a beautiful scent of mango. Franky's favourite fruit.
"Good morning, sunshine," she greets a groggy Mini.
Mini yawns then focuses on Franky's enchanting smile.
"You know I love you, right?" Mini asks her, "You're my best friend. I've felt this close to someone before."
"Yeah, I know," Franky verbalizes, biting her lip.
"I don't want to get up," Mini complains.
Franky rolls her eyes and laughs, "Oh, come on now, Mins. Alo won't be so bad."
Mini loves Franky's endless support but she can never ever be completely reassured. "We just broke up and every time we exchange visits for our baby, it's so damn awkward."
"You can do this," Franky gives more encouragement.
"Thank you," Mini chuckles, and soon leans into Franky's face and lands her lips on Franky's glistening, soft own.
The two giggle and Mini continues to speak.
"What's it called again? Pansexual?"
"Why throw a label?" Franky questioned, "Why can't you just like who you like?"
Mini sighed out of confusion, "I'm just not sure."
"About this?" Franky wonders.
"I just figured things would get easier after I finally dealt with Grace's death, having the baby, and us getting closer..." Mini listed.
"I get that," Franky told her.
Mini began to playfully twirl Franky's bedhead hair.
Franky looked deep into Mini's worried eyes. "We're together and that's all I care about right now. Fuck the future. I want to be here, right now, all the time."
"In bed," Mini laughs, "Alas, it's not that simple."
Mini hops onto Franky's body with her legs at Franky's hips. Mini caresses Franky's face and tilts her chin up with her thumb. As Franky closed her eyes, Mini ran her hands over Franky's breasts. Franky was hypnotized by Mini's movement. Mini plants her lips onto Franky's once again and the two both felt safe.
"Go down," Franky moaned.
"I'm not ready for that," Mini turned it down.
"You're never really ready for much," Franky mutters under her breath.
"Sorry, I'm just a bit scared," Mini retorts, "Of a lot."
"Don't be afraid of me," Franky coos.
Mini blushes. "I'm not losing this."
"Best friends," Franky labels them, "The best of friends."
