Molly sat at the table with a cup of tea in her hands wondering if things would ever truely be good again. Harry had just defeated Voldemort, he and Ginny were speaking to each other, Ron and Hermione were snogging whenever possible. Things were good but she lost her son one of her joking and always laughing boys. She could now tell them apart because now there was only one. Molly kept raking all these things in her mind then some.
She was lost in so much thought that she didn't even hear Arthur come down the stairs, until he laid a hand on her shoulder, causing her to jump.
"Bloody Hell, Arthur! You frightened me." Molly replied hurriedly.
"Sorry love. That was not my intention at all." Arthur replied tenderly as he poured himself a cup of tea and sat down beside Molly.
"I know." Molly replied before taking a sip of her cold tea.
After a minute Arthur reached over and grabbed Molly's hand.
"Everything is fine, it will all be fine." Arthur said with content.
Molly removed her hand from underneath Athurs and walked towards the clock and broke down in a rush of emotions.
"No it will not, look at the clock! He is gone, Fred is gone, forever! Why, Arthur? Why did I have to loss one of my children, it wasn't supposed to happen!"
Arthur got up walked towards his wife and put his arms around her as she began to cry. Harry had just gotten up, actually he had been up the whole time. Since the war Harry had a hard time sleeping. He was used to not getting much with having to worry about Voldemort and his loved ones. Harry began to walk down the stairs and go into the kitchen when he heard Mrs. Weasley crying.
"I miss him so much!" Molly said inbetween tears and sniffing.
"I know dear, trust me I know. I miss him to. George seems so out of it without him. But love he died protecting all of our lives. I just thank Merlin that it we didn't lose more."
"All you can think about is everyone else! Arthur for Merlin's sakes..."
Arthur interrupted Molly so he could explain his words.
"Molly-girl, what I meant was we had all of our children in this fight we had Harry, Hermione who like our children. Not to mention friends and... and you."
"Me?" Molly asked as she looked up into Arthurs eyes.
"Yes, you. We lost Fred, yes but when Ginny was going against Bellatrix and almost got hit I got so scared that we were goint to lose another. Then you, you fighting Bellatrix I didn't know what could of happened, I could of lost you, and that would have just killed me because I know if you were gone I could not face the fact that one of our children went before me." Arthur's eyes began to shed tears.
"Oh, Arthur."
Molly walked towards Arthur the extra step and wiped the tears away as she kissed him lightly on the lips. Arthur responded by wrapping his arms around Molly and retuning the light kiss with a feirce, passionate one.
"I love you and our children more than anything and that is counting Harry and Hermione." Arthur replied as he broke the kiss.
"I know, and I also know that one day those two will be in our family perminately." Molly replied as she kissed Arthur.
"I know you miss Fred. But he would not want us here crying."
"Your right."
Molly and Arthur stood hugging each other. Harry who had been listening the whole time began to feel much better. He had a family, a loving one, and that made him comfterble enough to sleep a life time. Harry began to walk up the stairs and go to bed.
"What should we do since we are both wide awake?" Molly asked flirtedly.
"I don't know how about we go upstairs," Arthur then picked Molly up and began to carry her up the stairs. "and I make love to my very beautiful wife."
Molly smiled and giggled the whole way up, something she had not down in a long time, and Arthur who was happy to see it.
