"Kira-nii-sama…" Stellar looked up, getting a full view of the tanned brunette's hair.
"Hmm?" He turned to her, locking his violet eyes into her magenta ones. She looked down unsurely, twiddling with her fingers.
"Eh…Ano…"
"What's wrong, Stellar?" He smiled warmly, hoping to ease her uneasiness.
"Ahh…" Kira peered slowly at her face, then smiled again, knowingly.
"Is it about Shinn?" Her head shot up, face filled with surprise.
"So…What is it about?"
"Mamoru…" She mouthed, playing with her index fingers again. "Shinn said 'mamoru'…But…" Stellar lifted her head again, tugging at Kira's sleeve.
"Stellar doesn't understand…" He smiled.
"Has Shinn ever done something nice to you?"
"Ah…Shinn bought me shells…Stellar likes Shinn's shells…" The blonde girl recalled, replying her brother's question, "Shinn…Shinn said he would buy me lots of shells to make Stellar happy."
"Did Shinn help you before?" Kira inquired while leading his younger sister to an ice-cream shop.
"Shinn…Shinn saved me from sea…Stellar was scared…" She trembled a little, remembering the time when she almost drowned, "But Shinn rescued Stellar and told Stellar 'Mamoru'…"
"I see…" Kira nodded. "That means he loves you."
"Huh?"
"Shinn loves Stellar. That's why he told you 'Mamoru'…He wants to protect Stellar," Kira looked down at the magenta-eyed blonde, "Let's go get some ice-cream."
"Shinn loves Stellar?" Stellar repeated, thinking about these words. "Why?"
"Well…" Kira scratched his head. "Stellar is cute, gentle and…Everybody likes you, anyway. Stellar probably mean a lot to Shinn."
"But…But…"
"Hmm?"
"But Stellar doesn't know how to 'love'…Stellar is scared Shinn doesn't want Stellar anymore if he finds out…" She bowed her head, blonde fringe covering her face, and started to sob softly.
"Shinn is not that type of person," Kira tried to soothe his sister as they walked across a street, "If Shinn really loves you, he won't leave you. He will by Stellar's side, forever."
"Hontouni?" Steallar looked up, eyes full of tears.
"Hontoudesu." Kira turned to her and wiped the tears from her gentle eyes. "Don't worry anymore, okay?"
"Okay," she nodded, brightening up.
"Now, which flavour do you want?" Kira said as both of them stepped into the shop.
"Stellar wants a strawberry ice-cream with a cherry on top." She looked around the shop and her gaze settled on a dark brown haired man.
"Kira-nii-sama!" Stellar tugged at his arm. "Look! It's Shinn!"
"Ah…Then you should go to him. I'll deliver this ice-cream to you after it's done," Kira smiled.
"But…But what about Nii-sama?" Stellar hesitated, although wanting badly to go to Shinn.
"Don't worry, Stellar. I'll be fine."
"But-"
"I'll be fine, okay? Now run along." Kira pushed his sibling gently.
"…Arigatou, Kira-nii-sama." She said, hugging him and then running to Shinn's table.
