The Envy is the manga Envy because he and Naruto are very similar that way, the demon Kyuubi will be Envy's true form, the swirl on Naruto's stomach that's going to be the ouroburos' mark.
Diva is Sakura because of their strength (did you see that one episode how Sakura picked up that pole on the boat?!) and plus Diva is one of my favorite villains.
Why is Bankotsu Sasuke Uchiha? Because he's my other favorite bad guy and I'll try and make him not be so emo-like.
Kakashi is Gin Ichimaru because Gin seems like a suitable role for Kakashi in a way.
Renji and Iruka have the same hairstyle! OO anyway, besides I can imagine Renji yelling at Envy.
Grimmjow is Kiba because in the Chunin Exam part, I can imagine him talking to Envy any kind of way.
Kurenai and Lust kind of look alike you know? and Nemu will have a crush on Envy. Scar is Asuma because in Naruto, Kurenai and Asuma like each other and Scar and Lust would be the same way around each other. I would have choose Jean, but to be honest Lust and Jean freak me out as a couple.
Kyuubi is the third hokage because it'll make it a complete AU. And if you haven't notice I've mainly used villains for the main characters.
I'm only doing the first arc and see how things go from there. And then next will come the Chunin Exams...but Orochimaru will be...Naraku!!
