Prue never dies in this. the charmed ones help the brothers get there body's back and learn alchemy. And Ed and Prue start to fall in love with each other.

Edward and Al get a lead on the philosopher's stone that happens to be in the charmed one's house, it being the hollow or the nexus. Edward's alchemy and auto-mail catches Prue's eye and a relationship starts to develop. Yes it is a Prue/Edward romance fic. The charmed sisters help the brothers try to find a way to get Al his body back and Ed, well Prue likes his metal arm so he is going to keep it. Can the charmed ones learn alchemy?
