Daddy brought Setoru home today.
Momma was so happy to see that he wasn't hurt, mostly... he had a few cuts and scratches; but nothing bigger than that.
Shiori quickly came back to being his self again, and a few days later, set of a flour bomb in the kitchen... momma wasn't happy about that, but I was relieved to see that everything was getting back to normal.
I could see how relieved daddy was to have him back as well, it was barely visible, but I saw a small smile come to his face when momma hugged him and kissed him that afternoon.
I was happy to see him too, I love my big brother, and whatever ever happened to him I hope will never again. But I know how scary our world is, even as little as I am, I know that any day now daddy, him, or even Shiori when he becomes a genin; they might not return to us from a mission.
There maybe rouge shinobi out there stronger than them, and they might do worst than just kidnapping. Just like what they did to the rest of brother's team, those kids were only eight... they had their whole lives ahead of them.
I'm sad that they were killed, but I'm glad Setoru wasn't harmed... is that bad? Am I a bad person to think that way?
Momma says no, but I'm not sure. Then again I'm still three, so I guess I can be a little selfish for the time being... but only for a little while longer.
Setoru slept a lot the next couple of days, and didn't really want to play with us, but uncle Naruto let him have a break from missions for a while; so when he's better we'll have time to play again.
And I think that is better that he was able to come home to us... rather than not.
Note: Okay this is the continuation of what happened in 'Understand'. And to help out, Setoru was sent on a mission that the team failed. Everyone was killed except him, he was held hostage, and Sasuke was sent to retrieve him. That's why everyone was upset, and Setsumi didn't understand what was happening. This story is after he was brought home.
If anyone is getting confused with the time line, try reading the stories in order (so far) I have them on my page, it will help with what is going on in each story, when the characters are refering to things that happened in other stories.
