Happy 11/11/11!
The Argo II was about to land and Annabeth was a mess.
What if he doesn't remember?
Piper came up behind her and patted her on the back reassuringly.
"It'll be fine! He loves you right?" she nodded. "Then there is nothing to be worried about!"
"Thanks Piper."
"No problem."
Annabeth steps out of the cabin and heads up onto the deck. She gasped. Camp Jupiter was huge! She could see a city in the distance and some buildings clustered together, miles of land as far as the eye could see.
The ship lurched as it hit the ground.
Percy.
She watched as Grover, Piper, Leo, Jason, Clarisse and others form camp climbed down the step ladder. Finally it was her turn. She took a deep breath and started climbing down.
Percy stood with Frank and Hazel as each of his friends climbed out of the huge warship.
Grover was the first off.
"Hey, G-man!" Percy yelled as he ran towards his best friend.
"Percy!" He bleated.
Next off the ship were two demigods he didn't know. The girl had choppy, brown hair and eyes that changed colors. The next one looked exactly like the boy he had seen in the picture at Hazel's old house in Alaska.
He heard her gasp behind him and knew that she was thinking the same thing.
Forth was Jason. Percy knew that just by looking. The boy had an aura of power around him.
"You must be the famous Percy that I keep hearing about." Jason walked up to Percy to shake his hand.
"You must be the famous Jason. Sorry, I kinda stole your job, but you can have it back if you want." Percy took off this purple cape and handed to Jason, who gratefully accepted.
Other old friends and familiar faced cascaded down the ladder until a girl with blonde hair swung herself over the edge of the ship and climbed down the ladder.
It was Annabeth. As soon as her feet touched the ground he sprinted towards her. Before she could say anything he gathered her in his arms and gave her a kiss.
Several 'awwwws' could be heard form the Venus/Aphrodite campers. Some of the campers were cheering. When they broke apart, Annabeth hugged him as tightly as she could.
"I've missed you Wise girl." She looked up at him with tears in her eyes.
She slugged him in the arm. Hard.
"Ow! What was that for?" Percy rubbed his shoulder.
"Eight months, Seaweed Brain! I've been worried out of my mind for eight months!" she glared at him with those stormy grey eyes. "Never do that to me again!" She was crying now. Percy stepped forward and hugged her again.
"If it makes you feel any better, you were the only thing I remembered when I woke up."
"Really?"
"Yup."
He kissed her again, not caring that 200 romans and greeks were watching.
I was totally pissed at Rick Riordan for leaving us with that awful cliffhanger. I flung my book across the room when I finished. Kinda Fluffy. Hoped you liked it! R&R.
