Harry potter is in a great mood because after this year he is never returning to the Dursley's and he marring Ginny Weasley.(A/N they got together after harry saved ginny by killing the dark lord when he tried to kill her and her family)Then he heard two hundred death eaters appear and start attacking the house he tried to find some flo powder in his trunk but he could not find any. He was tring to remember the seild charm then it came back to him ,he bolted out of the house and used it, it held up aginst countless imperius, crutcauius, and stumpfys curses before he heard shouted "Avada kadabra" he knew these voices, but he was just hit by a stunning spell so he could not put a name to it.
"What the heck happened" said the befudeled harry as he woke up.
"you got attacked by the death eathers who were still uncaputered," said Sirus.
"Who used the killing curse on the death eaters?"asked harry.
"Myself, Remus ,Dumbaladore ,Hermoine, Ron and Ginny,"replied Sirus
"But, you will be sent to Azakaban for that?" asked harry.
"No its legal now to use the unforgiveable curses on death eaters,"said hermoine.
"If I knew that I would have used them,"said harry." Was Draco Malfoy in that group?"asked harry hopefully
"Yes, he was,"said Ginny boastfully.
"Who got him," asked harry.
