I was lost in depths of despair,
Lonely.
Then you touched my hand,
Casually.
Making my heart beat,
Forcefully.
It had been still for so long,
Painfully.
Then you said my name,
Emotionally.
When you spoke again you sang,
Beautifully.
And you helped me cope,
Amazingly.
I've found someone to be myself with,
Thankfully.
Dark eyes sparkle in the dim light,
Brilliantly.
You place sweet kisses on my lips,
Finally.
A/N: I wrote this poem as my free verse-styled contribution to a poetry assignment I had on my creative writing course. It was obviously inspired by Kurt and Blaine's relationship so I thought I'd post it here as well (it's already on FB and LJ).
