Naruto walked into his house, slamming the door behind him. It took every bone in his being to resist collapsing onto the floor and just bawling his eyes out the minute his foot hit the hard wood flooring. Once again, he had met face to face with the infamous Uchiha Sasuke, once again he failed into convincing him into his return.
Now I will tell you what I've done for you

In Naruto's head, all he knew was, "Sasuke better hope he's so stupid, that he doesn't know what I've done, what I've given up for him." He shut his eyes letting a few tears hit the floor, wiping the residue off on his jacket sleeve. "You know what? I think he does know! He just doesn't care in the slightest! I've thrown away 3 years of my life, pursuing and hoping that for whatever reason he'd randomly change his mind and come prancing back to the village like nothing happened? And like nothing would change?" he straightened his face and furrowed his brow. "well," he said brokenly; "I'm not giving him the satisfaction of another moment in my life."

Naruto returned to his house once more, about a month or two after he pledged not to let to Sasuke get to him. He slammed the door open, face puffy eyes glazed and pink. His face powdered over with a candy pink. "I realize now, sticking to my word when it comes to that… that… that demon! How dare he be so addicting that I can't stop thinking about him! How dare he make me want to be even remotely close to him every waking moment of every passing second!"

"But above all, most defiantly," he picked up a photo of them. A photo he had hidden in a hollowed out book. Sasuke had taken it the year they graduated the academy. Naruto was sitting on his lap throwing a wink and a peace sign at the camera, Sasuke, arms wrapped around Naruto's waist, head resting on Naruto's shoulder and unusual enough for him, was actually smiling into the camera. But not just a normal picture smile, oh no. it was a claiming. It was fierce and animal like. Almost like a sly sort of threat to anyone who may had somehow happen to catch a sneak at the picture, that what he was holding, was his and his only.
"How dare you make me love you."
