Hey guys! Just a random one-shot I thought of! Gotta love adam! :D
Adam was sitting in disgust at the table he, Clare, and Eli were sitting at.
They just got done working on their English assignment, and they were now just hanging out..
It was so obvious that they liked each other. And Adam knew that Eli was over Julia, he just was scared that Clare didn't like him because he made her wait.
Adam tried numerous of times telling Eli that she still liked him, but he wouldn't buy it.
Eli was sitting across the table sitting next to Clare. Eli was smirking and Clare was looking down, unsuccessfully trying to hide her blush. There was now a uncomfortable silence through out the park they were at.
Adam had enough.
"Hey, let's play truth or dare." Adam said, breaking the silence.
Eli and Clare looked at him. Like they had totally forgotten that he was there.
"Um, alright." Eli said looking confused.
"I go first. Eli? Truth or dare?" Adam said.
"Truth." He said simply.
"Do you like Clare?" Adam asked.
Clare looked at him with the why-in-the-hell-did-you-ask-that look.
Clare had told Adam how much she likes Eli the previous day. But Adam saw the hope in her eyes. Eli just looked at him, obviously thinking about what to tell her. But he decided to give an answer complete different then what Adam was implying.
"Of course. She's one of my best friends." He replied.
Clare looked down, as if she was disappointed.
"Truth or dare Clare?" Eli asked.
She laughed at how coincidently it rhymed.
"Hmmm….dare." she stated.
"I dare you to go over to that little kid over there and tell him how awesome I am."
She laughed, and then an evil grin appeared on her face.
"Alright," she stated before getting up.
Eli gave her a confused look, then passed the look to Adam.
Adam just shrugged.
Clare walked up to the little boy and bent down to whispered stuff into his ear. The boy immediately started to laugh his head off, so much he had to sit down and rub his sides. Clare smiled widely, stood up, and walked over back to the table.
She sat down with the same wicked grin on her face.
"What'd you tell him?" Eli asked nodding to the boy.
She smiled and turned to Eli. "I told him how awesome you think you are." She said simply.
"That wasn't the dare."
"Yeah, I know." She laughed. "Adam, truth or dare?"
"Dare." Adam replied.
"hmmm." She thought for a while.

"alright. Its been 5 minutes. Truth! I change to truth!" Adam whined.
She smiled. "Who is that walking towards us?" she asked.
Adam turned around to see none other then Fiona Coyne walking towards them.
"oh….uh….that's Fiona Coyne." He said.
Then Fiona walked up to them and stated "Hey guys," then walked off.
"well, she's very talkative." Eli stated sarcastically.
Clare looked at Adam in awe.
"Adam, do you like her?" She asked.
"you already asked me a question." He smiled. "Eli, truth or dare."
"Dare." Eli said. He didn't want to risk another question like the last one.
Adam grinned devilishly. "I dare you to kiss Clare." He said.
Elis and Clares faces were priceless in that moment. Both horrified, and excited.
Clare looked over at Eli who was sill looking at Adam. She went to say something but Eli already had his lips pressed to Clares.
Adam smiled and then got up and yelled,
"Hey, Fiona! Wait up!"
It was a good 5 minutes before Clare and Eli noticed Adam was gone.
