Prologue: Serena Falls, Saturnia Awakens

There's another world inside of me that you may never see

Thunder rumbles in the dark sky as the beautifully majestic silver unicorn gallopped towards the cliff's edge. Four figures, each dressed in blue, red, green and yellow, ran after it, but it was too fast for them. It easily outran them and raced faster than the wind itself.
"Serena!" cried the figure in red, who was the handsome Goddric Gryfinndor. "No Serena! Your life is too valuable!" The unicorn reared it's legs as it came to the edge of the cliff. Lightening breifly illuminated the sky, and the unicorn turned into a tall, thin woman, clad in purple, with long silver hair. The four halted in their steps. She turned around and signals for them to stop.
"I'm... sorry," she sobs. Salazar Slytherin rushed forward, but she stopped him by saying: "Do not stop me, my time has come." Helga Hufflepuff and Rowena Ravenclaw burst into tears.
"Serena, you can't do this! We all need you" cried Salazar. "We're sorry for what we did, but--"
The woman's long, flowing, silky silver tresses flowed out behind her in the wind. Glimmering crystalline tears filled her large aquamarineeyes and gathered on her dark lashes. "It's the only way!" she cried. "Our school will never survive as long as I still draw breathe. I have to do this, for the school and for you."
"NO!" cried Rowena. "We need you!" Serena backed closer towards the cliff edge.
"Good-bye my beloved friends! I hold you all dearly in my heart!" Serena cried, her dark purple cape billowing out behind her. As the other four founders rushed towards her to save her, she leapt over the edge, and plummeted to the water.
"NOOOOOOOOOO!" screamed Helga, but it was too late. Waves crashed against the cliff wall - there was no hope for Serena.
The four stood in silence. Lightening filled the night sky.
"The Hogwarts Five are no more," said Godrick Gryffindor solemnly to the others, manfully trying to hide the tears in his eyes. "Serena Sparklypoo is no more. May her spirit rest in peace." Helga and Rowena suddenly burst into tears, while Salazar slytherin dropped to his knees.
"SEREEEEEEEEENA!" Salazar screamed into the dark blacky-black night. A thunderclap boomed in response.

One thousand years later, Saturnia Sparklapeu awakened from an oddly familiar dream, drenched in sweat.
