It was the second valentine day that she would spend with her boyfriend, and she knew in her heart that this would be the day that she told Chiro her feelings.
Yes, Jinmay loved him. With all of her heart.
But she was afraid of rejection. Sure, Chiro kissed her every chance he could get. And they shared the same room. But Jinmay was afraid that he didnt feel the same way she felt. She feared that her heart would be broken and torn to peaces by her first true love.
Better not chance it...right?
As Jinmay apprached Chiro, she slowed. With a ragged breath, she headed down the tunnel that could diturmin the fate of her heart. Chiro saw her and smiled, waving her over. Jinmay smiled a small smile and walked into his warm embrace. He leaned his head down and brushed his lips against hers, not caring about the audience cooing over the yound lovers.
"Come with me, Jin. I gotta surprise for you." Chiro said, grabbing her hand. The young girl followed him to the lake. SHe gasped in surprise at the romantic picnic that he set up out of the holiday comotion.
"Do you like it? I wanted today to be spesial for you." Chiro asked shyly. Jinmay smiled at him and kissed him on the cheek.
"I love it. And.. I love you, Chiro." Jinmay blushed and looked down. Chiro`s eyes widened, then he smiled. He lifted her chin and forced her to look at him.
"I never thought you felt the same for me." He confessed. "I have loved you since the moment I laid eyes on you, Jinmay." Then he leaned down and kissed her square on the lips. Jinmay wrapped her arms around Chiro`s neck and he twirled her around.
After he settled her back on her feet, he dipped his head for another long kiss. Jinmay giggled as he held her tightly in his embrace, relishing in the share of her love.
This was the best valentines day.. ever.
