A.N Ike and Link are so cute. I want plushies of them so I can make them...NVM...*nosebleeds* On..with the...story *bleeds on computer* I wished I owned SSBB but sadly I do not...
Link laughed happily as he swung back and forth. He loved the swings, the wind blowing in his hair, it was so nice and peaceful. Everyone else on the playground was playing tag. He didn't really like tag. Who wants to get all sweaty by running around anyways? As the young blond continued swinging, he looked around the playground. Someone's shoes were on the basketball court. A dolly was alone, sadly sitting on the bench. A jump rope was sprawled on the grass. Link stared at the object for a bit then an idea popped into his mind.
Jump.
He had never jumped off a swing before. His teacher would always tell the class that it was a dangerous thing to do. Some kids would do it anyways when she wasn't looking but they would end up getting hurt. The curious kiddie thought about it some more. Maybe if he was really careful, he wouldn't hurt himself. Yeah, that could work. Link noticed that he was pretty high it the air so he slowed down a little. He wasn't crazy enough to jump from that height. Once he got to a pretty good jumping speed, the little risk taker prepared himself for the stunt. He checked to see if Ms. Daisy was looking. She was too involved in a book to pay attention to her first-graders. Link took a deep breath then launched himself from the seat.
He closed his eyes once he felt he was in the air and within a few seconds, he face-planted on the ground. He was in shock so nothing was said for a good minute. After a moment, the shocked boy slowly rose and sat on his haunches.
That...was awesome!
He did it! He jumped from the swing, he felt so accomplished, he was practically beaming. Well, that was until he noticed his cheek hurt really bad. He touched his face and glanced at his hand. A warm, red liquid stained his fingers. Link stared at the blood and his eyes started welling with tears. He hadn't noticed that a sharp rock was beneath him when he landed. He was about to burst out in tears until he heard a voice.
"Are you okay?" Link turned around quickly to see one of his friends behind him. Ike.
"...No," he sniffled and Ike bent down next to him. The blue haired six year old examined his face.
"That's a really bad cut," he said quietly but Link didn't answer him, he was too busy trying to fight back that pesky water that wanted to pour our of his eyes.
Ike then moved his face closer to Link's cheek. His soft lips pecked him and the hurt boy immediately went red.
"Why'd you do that?" He questioned the action of his friend. Ike smiled at him.
" My mommy says kisses make everything better." And it was true. Link forgot all about his cut and was still thinking about the contact Ike made with him.
GRRRRRRRR. I MEANT TO MAKE THIS LONGER BUT I CANT...don't hate me okay n3n
