"Another sleepless night," Soul muttered under his breath. Very slowly, he climbed out of bed so as not to wake the sleeping the form next to him. All Soul could do for the time being was shake his head, this was the second time he caught her in his bed. This brought a smile to his face however, he liked the idea that when she couldn't sleep either she would come to his room.

Quietly, Soul walked around the room, picking up his clothes he had discarded the night before. Last thing he wanted was for her to wake up and see his dirty laundry everywhere. Especially his underwear. Soul laughed under his breath because it wouldn't be the first time she had seen them. Well, on the floor that is. While walking around collecting clothes, he heard movement coming from the bed. Maka was starting to sit up in bed, rubbing the sleep from her eyes.

"Hey sleepy head," Soul said to her as he set his clothes to the side before walking over to her. He sat on the edge of the bed, looking at her with a smile on his face. Maka returned his smile, afterwards she let out a big yawn.

"Morning to you too Soul," Maka replied, lightly punching Soul in the arm for his comment. She didn't like being called that. Her father did it alot when she was younger and because it was her father saying it she didn't like it. Maka pulled the covers off her, revealing the fact that it wasn't her usual nightwear she had worn to Soul's bed. To her dismay, what she had on was one of Soul's baggy shirts. "When did I put this on..." she trailed off in confussion.

Soul couldn't help but laugh a bit out loud at this. "Well, my little Meister, when you arrived to my room late last night you were clothed in only your undies. So I put that shirt on you so I wouldn't be tempted to take advantage of the situation." He gave her a mischievious grin as he jumped off the bed out of her reach. Last thing he wanted was for her to hit him harder. Plus he didn't want the game to end just yet. "Catch me if you can little Meister."

Maka jumped out of bed, her eyes flashing red. "Soul I'm going to kill you!" Maka ran straight at him, but was unable to make contact. Instead, Soul stepped out of the way, opening the door to run out of the room. "Your going to have to do better than that Maka," he gave her another grin before leaving the room... Only to find himself face to face with Blair.

"Hey Blair, didn't know you were up," Soul was about to say before Maka ran into him from behind, closing her hands around his neck. Soul let out a cry of surprise, "Ok Maka, you win," he cried out, she was starting to crush his windpipe at the rate she was going. Blair let out a chuckle that sounded more like a purr.

"I see you two are still getting along," Blair said in the same purring voice as she eyed Maka and Soul's clothes. This made Maka blush and run back into the room to look for something else to wear. During her search, they could hear her saying "It's not what you think Blair" which wasn't helping her case any in the cat's opinion. "Whatever you say Maka," she said as she gave Soul a wink before retreating back to the living room. Afterwards, Soul couldn't help but laugh. Which was going to cost him later but it was worth it.
