Because only LavixLenalee would make me stay up 'til 2:15 in the morning.
That, and my French assignment.
Crap, I should probably finish that.
:D Anyway, enjoy! I don't own DGM.

"Morning!" Lenalee leaned her head forward across their breakfast table, peering into his face with a playful scowl. He swatted her away in an uncharacteristically rough motion and dropped his head into his arms, groaning. Yes, it was definitely a bad idea to have accepted that glass of wine.
And the six bottles after that.
"Christ," he moaned, the slightest sounds triggering explosions of pain somewhere within his skull. "I love you, Lenalee, but I swear, if you say one more word…"
"It's your fault for drinking so much," she sighed as she slid a cup of coffee over to him. "Just because Allen-kun got the job of bartender doesn't mean that you have to become a staggering drunk. I swear, even Kanda holds his alchohol better than you."
The answering, incoherent mumble made her roll her eyes and nudge the mug closer to his hand.
He groped for it, not bothering to raise his head and risk the pain. "Thanks," he murmured, wincing as the movement set off a whole lot of new aches even as he sipped gingerly and felt the scalding liquid clear some of the fog in his brain.
"You're so serious right now. Why don't you give me one of those smiles I love?"
"Because I'm having a freaking hangover!" Even in his haze of agony he felt bad for raising his voice. "Sorry."
"Lavi," she pouted, ignoring his protests and brushing the hair away from his haggard face gently. Her lips curved up in a sweet grin at his miffed expression. "Smile, Lavi! Smile for me."
He glanced up guiltily and something in her loving, expectant gaze made his sullen face crack into a sheepish grin, because he knew that he would do anything to make her happy, which, if judging by the impossibly bright smile that alighted on her lips, he had managed to achieve.
He would smile forever if it was for her.
