A/N I have been getting more and more obsessed with Tsubasa and KuroFai as the series goes on! I think it's going to be the first long series that I will read until the end! This was inspired by… I actually have no clue! It kind of popped up when I came home from rehearsal today… ahaha anyway, please, enjoy!

"Kuro-tan! Look at that!" The blonde mage said happily, pointing at a booth across from himself and the black haired ninja. They were at a local festival together, Kurogane usually didn't go to things like that but ever since He and Fai returned home to Nihon Tomoyo had been ordering him to take Fai around and show him famous sights so that he can learn more about his new home.

"Why don't you try to play it?" Kurogane asked as he was dragged to the game by the smaller man. "Because I don't know how to play it, silly!" He responded, smiling widely, truly, up at the ninja. They watched a few other people play, but when Fai commented on a stuffed kitten being 'so adorable!' Kurogane decided to play it. Of course, he won. How could he not, he was Kurogane!

Fai smiled as he hugged both his new plush and the taller man's metal arm, "Kuro-rin is so sweet!" They walked around for a little bit, looking at this and that, when Kurogane looked over at a break in the trees. He recalled that there was a beautiful lake that connected the town to the castle, and there were gorgeous fireflies that flew around it. Tomoyo had asked him to show the mage around, and that was what he was going to do.

When Fai finished eating a candy apple Kurogane grabbed the blonde's arm and pulled him through the trees "Kuro-pon, where are you taking me?" he asked. He wasn't worried, how could he be with his lover there? He was just curious. "You'll see when we get there," The ninja responded gruffly.

It took a while for them to get to the lake, and walking on the uneven ground was hurting Fai's feet, especially with the strange shoes that he was made to wear. He gasped when Kurogane moved a branch from a weeping willow out of the way, exposing the beautiful clear lake with glowing fireflies all around and the lights from Shirasaki Castle made the water look like it was glowing. "It… It's beautiful…"

The blonde wrapped his arms around the ninja's waist and rested his head against the sturdy chest. Kurogane returned the embrace and the two stood and watched the beautiful scene for what felt like hours when Fai leaned back and smiled beautifully at his love.

Kurogane stared at Fai, his blue eyes sparkled as the bugs sent beautiful lights around them, the light of the moon seemed to make his hair glow, and the real smile that was adorning his face make the ninja's heart speed up as he leaned down to kiss him. Their lips brushed, and Fai slid his hands around to grip the fabric of the yukata on Kurogane's chest. The kiss was simple, just two pairs of lips touching, but it seemed to display all of their feelings for each other.

"Hmmmm Kuro-rin, I love when you bring me to places like this," Fai said as he rested his head on the half-metal shoulder. "Tomoyo doesn't want you to get bored here so keeps telling me to take you to these places…" The black haired man rested his head on the blonde's.
