1995

"My Lord, save me! Save me from Rodolphus! He's a stupid lost puppy!" Bellatrix Lestrange begged her master.

"Bella, Bella, Bella. Ok - ay! Are you sure?" Voldemort asked, sneering.

"YES! Anything for you!"

"Andromeda, Ted and Nim – Dora or whatever the filthy little half-blood's name is, need to be gone soon. PRUNE THEM, BELLA!"

"Oh, my lord, yes! Now save me."

"Bella, you know what I feel."

"I do? You -?Oh, I love you, I will serve you my life!" Bellatrix ran her back down the wall, eventually sitting down.

"LOVE?" Voldemort's eyes turned murderous. "Crucio!"

"Finite Incantatem! I got it wrong!"

"No, Bella. If I could love, you would be my pick. But I have no time for love." Bellatrix made sure no one was around, then ran up to him and whispered:

"You would be my pick, my lord. You have saved me."

"Bella, in another world I think it would be appropriate to kiss you. But instead I will reward you." He ran his fingers down her cheek.

"What's the reward?"

"You, Bella, will be the last death eater standing. I will make sure of that."

"Thank you." Bellatrix's curly black hair fuzzed over them. Her eyes swelled with madness. She couldn't believe it. After all the years of serving, she would get a reward. She knelt down to him, her head touching the floor. "My Lord, you are a true wizard."
