Once upon a time, at a kingdom far far away lived a prince whose eyes were like the blue sky, beautiful and pure. To the king, he was the greatest treasure this kingdom had, so he wasn't allow to set one foot out of the castle, escorted or not. He was a bird in a cage, that was why he despised freedome more than anything.

One night, while the guards were changing shift, he sneaked pass them and out of the castle he went. Since it was night, the kingdom was so much lively, especially the marketing street. For someone who left the castle for the first time, the little prince was amazed and curious about everything he saw. But just like a coin, as he managed to see the good side of the kingdom, the bad side slowly showed itself.

During his way back, he stumbled on a boy around his age. He was in chains. His clothes were torn and have patches all over. There were signs that he had been abused too. He was in total panic as the prince came closer to him. Yet, as soon as he shown he meant no harm, the boy calmed down. He was hungry, so the prince gave him the snacks he brought with him. In a blink of eye, half of them was gone.

Opening his mouth, he wanted to ask the boy his name, however, before he could, the boy's master appeared and swung his long whip torward him. Jumping back, he was able to dodge it. He was ready for whatever the man thrown at him next, but to his surprise, the other boy ran out and kneeled down, hitting his head on the ground, begging for forgiveness. The man cooled down shortly after that and went back inside. Meanwhile, the prince ran to the boy. His forehead was bleeding. Finished taking care of his wound, the prince then asked the boy to ran away with him, yet he shaked his head refusing. In the end, the prince returned to the castle after his little adventure. Along with it was a promise he made with the boy. A promise that he would return and take him away from that horrible place.
