Apologize, a naruto fanfic

Okay, so I was listening to this song and watching YouTube and I really wanted to make an AMV with this song and the whole Naruto cast. I have a really good idea too, but thus have no movie maker thingy. So I thought that oh, maybe I'll make a quick fanfic of some of my thoughts. So this ff is just a drabble that's not even that good but w/e. hope you enjoy! Please comment!

Apologize

Naruto didn't believe it. He couldn't. He failed Sakura and Sasuke. He failed himself. What's the point of calling yourself someone's best friend when you can't even save them? There is no point. He stared into the mirror, thinking. Naruto had just come back home from the hospital, feeling so low. Looking back on his fight with Sasuke, he could have done something different. He could have saved him! How could he look Sakura in the eye now?

A tear ran down his face.

"I'll get Sasuke back. I made a promise and I'm going to keep it!"

He needed to make a plan. He needed to find Orochimaru. Needed to kill him for corrupting Sasuke and taking him away from his home. How could he have let this happened? Maybe if he had known from the beginning….

Maybe…

Sakura held onto her legs and rocked on her bed silently crying. She knew Naruto tried his best. She knew he had every intention of bringing Sasuke back. But he failed. Just like her. She tried so hard to

save him with her words and would have gone with the group if Shikamaru hadn't told her no. She told him that she loved him, that she would help him with his revenge.

But he denied her. Just saying, thank you.

How could he leave them? He was everything to her. He was Naruto's best friend. But he left them.

Sakura walked to her mirror, looking at her reflection, "I need to get stronger. I need to save him."

I'd take another chance, take a fall

Sasuke couldn't turn back now. His destiny was already made. He gave up everything to get revenge on Itachi. Orochimaru was going to help him get stronger, be the best so he could avenge his family, his clan. There was nothing left but that, no more bonds that he had. He didn't have a home anymore, didn't have any friends.

Friends…

Sasuke shook the word out of his head. Sakura and Naruto were fools, chasing him, trying to save him. He didn't need saving, he needed to become stronger. But the feeling inside of him wouldn't give. Regret?

"Leave everything in the past, except for the person who destroyed your life," Sasuke murmured to himself.

Besides even if he did make a mistake, it was too late. It's was too late to apologize.
