I sighed as I was being shown my new room. It had been nine months since my parents had died in a car crash. In their will they left us to an old family friend. His name is Kakashi Hatake. Ironically he is gay. I don't have a problem with that because I read yaoi. Yes I am a pervert and proud of it.
Ricco smiled lightly as she looked in her room. The walls were a dark green, as well as the sheets on her bed. For some reason in this room she felt comfortable and at ease. There on her small desk sat a laptop. She was surprised to see a huge walk in closet. She wasn't obsessed with clothes as her brothers were. Yet, she couldn't help, but be dreading her new school. She had a hard time making friends.
Sasuke was eyeing his room carefully. The walls were a dark blue, as well as the sheets. He had carpet in his room and that was blue too. His closet was slightly smaller than Ricco's, as he notices later on. The laptop sat on his black desk.
A room was set up for Itachi, but he was in college. If he wouldn't have skipped a grade he'd be a senior at Suna High.
Quietly the two siblings walked toward the kitchen. Kakashi was somewhere in the house doing who knows what. So it was no surprise when the two found Iruka in the kitchen. He was humming quietly to himself.
I look at my sister. She seems amused at the scene before us. I could always remember her being a pervert. I suppose that's why she and Kakashi get along so well. Now I know where she gets those orange books from.
Sasuke knew as soon as Kakashi walked in with an orange book where Ricco kept getting them from. Ricco could only chuckle at her brother. She soon perked up when Kakashi began telling her about the new book he was reading.
I could only look at Kakashi and Ricco. It suddenly dawned on me why he bought so many of the same books. He was buying them for her too. I'd have to try and put a stop to it. Sasuke looks annoyed with the two. I guess that's one less pervert I have to worry about.
"Come on let's eat." Iruka said breaking the silence. Each of them quietly taking a seat at the table.
Slowly I watch the two that became like children to me. I was very happy to have them living under my roof. It's a shame that Itachi wasn't here too. Ricco always was the little outcast and Sasuke was always looking like the school boy. Yet, Itachi was always the perfect one. He .was a genius because he skipped a grade.
Kakashi decided to break the silence. "You'll be starting school Monday at Suna High. You'll see us there since we're both teachers."
"You mean to tell me we're going to a private school?!" Ricco shouted out. She was annoyed.
Once again my sister had to make a scene. I don't see what's so bad about a private school. I'm sure I'll be able to find people with the same interests as me. Please Ricco don't ruin this for me.
Iruka was surprised by her sudden outburst. Kakashi thought it was funny, but held in his laughter as he spoke again. "Yes it's a private school. You'll also have to wear a uniform."
"I'm suddenly not very hungry. May I be excused?" Ricco asked, but left before anyone could answer her. She walked toward her room.
This isn't happening. Private school I might have been able to handle, but school uniform now. This is going to be a disaster. I just know it. I'm not ready to hand around a bunch of stuck up kids all day long. I guess it helps that Kakashi and Iruka teach there. I wonder if I'll make any friends at this school.
In a short time Ricco had fallen asleep on her bed. Sasuke had came in and bid his sister goodnight. It was a habit of his. He still told himself that his parents being dead were just a dream. Yet, he knew he needed to face it. With Ricco helping him he'd survive the nightmare.
