Welp, while I was on vacation, I noticed we've got a few new characters.
But enough about that, enjoy this oneshot.
It was an uneventful day at the Smash Mansion, nothing interesting seemed to be happening.
Pit was walking down the halls, he was being followed by Sonic, Mega Man, Pac-Man, and Snake. The angel couldn't explain it, but he liked being around the third-party characters, they always seemed to interest him.
Marth was walking down the halls, he was being followed by two new faces. One of them was a fellow with white hair. The other person was a woman, who resembled Marth, quite a bit.
"And if you go this way, you'll find the cafeteria," Marth told the two newcomers, "Just make sure to grab what you can before Kirby eats everything."
"Who were those guys?" Snake asked.
"I believe they're called Robin and Lucina," Mega Man explained, "They seem to be from Marth's universe."
"How do you think Ike will react?" Pac-Man asked.
"Or better yet, what about Roy?" Sonic asked. Pit's eyes widened in shock, "Sweet Palutena!"
"Yes, Pit?" Palutena's voice asked, causing the angel to jump in shock, "I hate when you do that, Lady Palutena."
"Oh well, there's nothing I can do about it," The goddess teased, leaving the third-party characters to stare at a confused Pit.
Meanwhile, Diddy and Toon Link were ready to fight in Final Destination (no items, of course), but there were two Captain Falcons fighting each other in the teleporter room.
"I get that he's happy, but does he really have to fight in here?" Toon Link asked. Diddy began waving at the two Falcons, trying to get their attention. "Hey, could you guys fight somewhere else!?
The two Falcons weren't listening, they were about to use their signature move, simultaneously. You could guess what it was, already.
"FALCON-"
Diddy and Toon Link began to panic, "NO, WAIT-"
Outside of the Smash Mansion, TC was talking to two other Miis. Though TC wasn't much of a talker, she felt she needed to explain something.
"Believe me, you don't want to live in this place," TC explained, "Just because Master Hand allowed us to fight and hang around with our favorite characters doesn't mean he'll wanna let us live here?"
"Why's that?" one of the Miis asked.
"PUNCH!"
There was an explosion in the Smash Mansion, the blast was so intense that the roof of the mansion flew 300 feet into the air. After the blast stopped, the roof fell back onto the mansion, lopsided.
After watching what happened, TC turned to face the Miis, "That's why."
The teleporter room was a complete mess, there was practically soot, everywhere and the teleporters were broken. Both Captain Falcons were laying down on the floor, unconscious.
Diddy and Toon Link were standing there, covered in soot. Diddy's fur was blown back, as was Toon Link's hat. The young Hylian faced Diddy with a deadpan expression. "If Master Hand decides to team us up, we're definitely beating up Captain Falcon.
Diddy replied with a subtle nod, "Agreed."
Both boys shook hands, like a couple of gentlemen. There certainly wasn't any argument, there.
...Seriously, who could ever forget Captain Falcon? I knew he'd be in.
...so as far as the Original 12 goes, we only need Ness and Jigglypuff. But of course, I can't choose who gets in the games or not.
I also noticed Sakurai posted a picture of a Rayman trophy...is it me? or is Sakurai really opening up to third-party characters? I'm just hoping there won't be too many (not that I'm against third-parties).
