Disclaimer: Female, under 40, not living in Texas. Take a guess do I own Percy Jackson?
It's a Percabeth one-shot about Percy's thoughts, kinda poetry. Hope you like it!
I thought I was the only one in my world. Kicked out of every school every year, seeing things that didn't belong. You thought you were the smartest 7 year-old, with ADHD and dyslexia too. You came to camp, one friend now a pine tree, the other bitter with the gods. I came, and met you. We went on three quests together. We held up the sky. You believed in my though our parents are rivals. I went on a quest to save you. Together we saved the world.
No way am I giving up on you.
We got together at the end of the war. We kissed in the lake, and it was the best underwater kiss of all times. We were happy, even if your mom didn't like me. But I disappeared, for months I wasn't even awake, you didn't know if I was alive or dead, but you never stopped looking. When I woke up the one thing I remember was you. I couldn't forget you Annabeth. Because Hera erased my mind, she couldn't erase my heart.
No way am I giving up on you.
You found me at the Roman camp, they thought you were odd, you thought I had changed. But not about you. Leo accidently blew up New Rome. I could have stayed behind, but I went with you. Aboard the Argo II to save the world, again. We snuck out at night, and remembered old memories. Coach Hedge got mad, but we didn't care. I was with you again.
No way am I giving up on you.
We found Rome, and had to leave each other. You on a quest by yourself that no one had come back from. I couldn't stop worrying about you. I almost drowned, you broke your ankle, tricked Arachne (and got the statue back. You sent her to Tartarus. But she wouldn't leave you without revenge. She dragged you too. I refuse to let you go. Now hanging on the edge of Tartarus realized how much I love you.
No way am I giving up on you. 'Cause your mine Annabeth.
Love it? Hate it? Review please!
