Contrary to Paul's beliefs, Tory was not a (quote-unquote) "Stalker".
He was an observer.
Huge difference.
Colin was simply an organism of mysterious origin and required detailed notes to be taken to explain his actions and to be understood in general.
It was all perfectly normal.

Why did it have to sound all official!
Now he was inviting Colin over to dinner, and buying (Somewhat decent, he had to admit) Carrot Cake for him, and GOING SHOPPING with him…
…Ok, so holding hands wasn't too bad.
But if anyone asked, he was NOT STALKING!!!
Just observing…
Maybe he was a little stalkerish…
