Author's note: This is a one shot. I do not own Kingdom Hearts. I do not own Legend of Zelda. I also do not own most of what may or may not pop into your mind while reading this. If that last sentence made you wary, do not worry, for I have not found a way to embed telepathic messages or hypnotic controls through black text...yet.

"After five thousand years of sleep, he had finally awoken. The Prophesied One who would rise and save the world was here. The one chosen by the gods to rule the land fairly and justly until he must sleep again. The one only believed by children, who have heard his tale told to them by others, and by those who were destined to become his followers. He was the First and Final Keyblade Master; The Keeper of the Golden Triforce. On his right hand is the mark of Din. On his brow shone the legendary Star Sapphire. The Gauntlet of Eternity is firmly on his left hand. His hair was crimson and brilliant silver, and his skin was pale as new snow. His eyes were gold. His weapons were the Great Key, Caliburn and the Hand of Living Death, Nebilim. He wore the Helm of Sight, Vasilis, with the Crown of Four Elements, inlaid with the four emblems; The crimson emblem of Fire, the blue emblem of Water, the yellow emblem of Earth, and the green emblem of Wind. He wore the Boots of the Twin Suns, Solaris and Rem. His wore the mail of Carnax and the plate of the scales or Orochi. His scepter was the Tail of Chaos and he would sit on the Throne of Oblivion. The good will love him. The evil will fear him. He is the ageless and the people will choose for him a name. He is here to save the world."

The boy stayed silent while hearing the story, but not out of any sense of awe or wonder. He did not want to interrupt his aging grandfather for fear of prolonging the most dreaded time of day; Storytime. It was a different story every day, but it always had the same theme. It was always a description of an impossible hero with a Keyblade and the Triforce. But unlike every other day, instead of quickly leaving to bed, looks at his mother's father and says a simple sentence.

"Granpa, That was the most ridiculous one yet."

Before the boy could rush off to bed, his grandad leans in close and whispers something in his ear. The boy seemed a little more than mildly surprised by the statement;

"I thought so too."

The boy then rushes off to bed while his grandfather sits on his chair, rocking ever so slightly, and doing one thing his grandson had never witnessed: He was laughing.

Authour's Note:
First I wanted to make the most Chosen One a Chosen One could be, then I wanted to make it as ridiculous and... well ridiculous as possible, then I realized how absolutely nuts it is. Count the reference and post how many and what along with your review if you want. Not mandatory. No prizes will be given out as this is not a contest.
