Did ne one else what Tony to punch Gibbs during the scene in the morgue during Cloak? I sure as hell did. Here's my view of how it would have happened.

"I'm sorry Ducky." Were the first words out of his mouth as he stormed into the morgue. He knew Gibbs would never say it and Tony was pissed off.

"Thank you for that apology, Anthony" Ducky said.

"I'm sorry I didn't let you in on what we were doing, I knew it would piss you off, but I guess I didn't trust you enough. Sorry!" Tony continued.

"Thank you Anthony that will do."

"I'm sorry for making you look like an idiot in front of the secretary of the navy. I'm sorry for being a cowardly, devious, son-of-a…" Tony continues, yelling almost at the top of his lungs at his boss.

"Anthony!" Ducky shouts in a warning tone.

"Are you done?" Gibbs says, completely calm, like nothing is happening.

"Excuse me; I'm not comfortable with the hand up my backside. You let the toothpick use us, as puppets!"

"No I didn't"

"You didn't?" Tony asked, somewhat out of breath from his ranting.

"No, it was my plan." Was Gibbs' response to Tony's tirade.

"Your plan?" Tony said, still trying to process the information. Hiss boss was behind all this?

"Every bit of it"

"Oh. That's much worse." Tony said in a surprisingly calm and level voice. Then, before any of them knew what was happening, Tony's fist flew through the air and collided with his superiors face, knocking him backward a few staggering steps.

"Anthony, stop this now!" Ducky demanded, grabbing for Tony's arm to stop him from hitting Gibbs again. Gibbs stood back, one hand attempting to stem the blood flow from his nose as he looked at Tony with a mixture of shock, anger and hurt in his eyes.

"I am so sick and tired of being used!" Tony shouted. "Jenny used me to get to La Grenouille, made me lie to everyone I knew, including Jeanne, about the whole damned thing. Vance used us all by splitting us up just to rat out the leak in the first place. Now you! Youwere the one person I trusted, the one person who I thought trusted me!"

"I do trust you, DiNozzo, but I had to make sure Lee bought the con!" Gibbs fired back, from behind the hand still holding his nose.

"Bullshit! You sent Ziva and me in there blind. And don't give me any crap about how you told us not to engage them; you had to know Ziva would fight back! That's what she does!" Tony yelled, his anger rising at the betrayal he felt.

"You should control your partner a little better!" Gibbs shot back at Tony, the only defense he could think of because it was the only thing that had gone wrong with the whole mission.

"Hate to break it to you, but nobody can control her, she does what she wants." Tony continued, "Not that it's a bad thing all the time, but you should have known that too. You are supposed to be our boss!"

"I expected you both to follow orders!"

"I tried to stop her, I tried to defend her! I was protecting my partner, and what did I get for it? A gun butt to my head! So don't give me crap about your orders, we didn't have the whole story!"

"It was need-to-know!" Gibbs countered.

Tony fumed at his response. He understood need-to-know, he'd been on cases that were need-to-know. Still didn't mean Tony had to like it, or accept it. And it certainly didn't mean that Tony couldn't be mad for him and his partner being injured on the case. As Tony's anger rose, he thought it best to leave autopsy before he hit Gibbs again.

So Tony turned with out saying a word and stormed out of autopsy, into the elevator. He pushed the button that would bring him back to the bull pen forcefully, and after the doors were closed he punch the wall as hard as he could. He felt that pain shoot through his had and somewhere in the back of his mind he feared it was broken, but right now he didn't care. He was mad as hell and the pain barely touched him.

Hope you liked it, please R&R.
