The couples for this story are Roxas and Namine, Riku and Xion, Sora and Kairi, Aqua and Terra, Vanitas and Fuu at first (then VenFuu)

P.S.- Sorry if Fuu is out of character, this is my first time writing for her. Her character won't come in until later, so it's okay.

Roxas was currently on patrol. He was training to be a knight for the king. They needed soldiers as the opposite Kingdom was getting stronger.

"Hello, Roxas." A young boy said.

"Ienzo. I'm on patrol." Ienzo was King Vanitas' son. The prince. His mother, Fuu, was murdered by vampires. Though no one told Ienzo, of course.

"I can't talk to you?" Ienzo was twelve and had his sister Namine for company, but he didn't get along with her that much. Roxas fancied Princess Namine and Ienzo knew that.

"What do you need.. Your highness." He forced himself to say 'your highness.' Ienzo smirked.

"Oh, a favor. Would you mind taking this letter to Vexen?" He held an envelope out.

"Of course." Roxas did the errand for Ienzo and it was sundown by the time he got back.

"ROXAS!" A voice yelled, Vanitas. Roxas gulped.

"Yes, sir?" Roxas asked.

"Where is Ienzo?" He growled.

"He wanted me to run an errand for him around 3, sir. That's the last time I saw him." Roxas said.

"He isn't anywhere. Search the kingdom for him. Call Captain Lionheart and gather the others." Captain Terra Lionheart and his brother, Squall (or as he called himself, Leon) were very well respected in the kingdom. They led the knights.

Roxas knew Vanitas wasn't worried but did as he said. Roxas and the knights never found him.

"We're sorry, sir." Sora, Roxas' brother said.

"I-" The king cut off as a scream broke though the air.

"Ienzo!" Roxas exclaimed. They ran outside of the castle and there was a boy on his hands and knees. He was Ienzo, but seemed years older. His hair was longer and darker. He seemed taller too.

"I heard screaming." Namine had run down from her room. She noticed them all looking at something. She walked foreword and pushed Sora and Roxas aside. "What's wrong with him?" She asked getting on her knees. No one answered and she lifted Ienzo's head up. Ienzo's eyes were a darker indigo color than his normal color.

"Help." He spoke. His eyelids fell shut and he fell to the ground.

"Father! What's wrong with him?" Namine had stopped shaking Ienzo and sat by his side.

"Tie his hands." Vanitas told Marluxia. Marluxia nodded and tied Ienzo's hands behind his back.

"Father! NO! What happened to Ienzo?" She cried, he said nothing to her.

"Take him to the forest." He told Sora. Sora shot Roxas a worried look and made Ienzo stand up. Sora took Ienzo's hands and made him walk infront of him, even though Ienzo was unconscious.

"No! Forest? What are you talking about?" Namine stood up.

"My son is a vampire. He has no right to be in this castle."

CalmAsWater- Yeah! I have a good feeling about this story! I was reading fanfiction similar to this last night and got inspired. We had finals today in school and I wrote this. It's about a page and half. Yes, Ienzo will show up as Zexion later. I wanted to put Marluxia with the vampires, but wrote him as a knight. He'll end up as a vampire later. So we have Sora, Roxas, Vanitas, Namine, Terra, Squall, Inezo and Marluxia in chapter one. Other characters like Riku and Kairi will show up in next chapter. I've made Kairi a vampire and won't reveal anything else! Review and tell me what you think!
