lion king: how ahadi met uru
It was a beautiful day in the pridelands as all was calm and peaceful , as a golden-yellow lion with a jet black mane and piercing green eyes was resting on the throne over looking his kingdom his name was Ahadi. Just then two cubs came running over to the lion king. "Dad, Dad" said the burly golden cub Ahadi just laughed and thought to himself 'So much for peace and quiet', he then turned his head to look down at the cubs as they skidded to a halt beside him, he looked at the golden cub and said "Yes Mufasa", the golden cub identified as Mufasa looked up at the lion king and said "Could you tell us a story please", Ahadi just looked at the cubs then turned his gaze to the mahogany cub "Which story would you like to hear Taka" the mahogany cub identified as Taka said " me and muffy were wondering if you could tell us how you and mother met" as soon as Taka said this Ahadi was rendered speechless, he snapped out of his shock when he heard the hunting party chasing their prey, "oh I suppose so come and rest in my paws boys and I will tell you all about how I met your mother", the golden and mahogany cubs did as their father said and listened to the story of how their parents met. Ahadi took a deep breath and began "long ago during your grandfather Mohatu's reign ..."
it was a lovely sunny day in the pride lands and a large chocolate-brown lion with a dark mane, light muzzle,underbelly and toes and deep brown eyes was walking with a mahogany lioness cub these lions were Mohatu and his daughter Uru suddenly a golden-yellow cub came running and knocked himself and Uru over as the golden-yellow cub stood up he realized that he was standing over a lioness cub his piercing green eyes looked shocked and scared but when the lioness cub opened her eyes the golden-yellow cub was hypnotized by how beautiful the mahogany cub was and said "sorry I didn't see you there are you ok", the lioness cub looked up at the lion cub and said "yeah I'm ok" the lion cub took a few steps back and sat in a dazed state of mind then the lioness said "so you want to play" the lion cub snapped out of his daze and said "yeah sure" as the cubs played they learned many new things and when night fall came the cubs retired to the royal den as courtesy of Mohatu.
several years passed and the cubs grew up, Uru grew to be a marvelous hunter with a slender build and Ahadi grew to be a handsome strong lion with a mane as black as night one day when the hunting party came back with no kill but a message for Mohatu stating that if he wanted his daughter back then surrender the pride lands but the old king had a plan so later that night he and Ahadi left to rescue Uru and when the defeated the enemy's and brought Uru back safely that the two young lions confessed their love for each other and went into the royal den to get ready for the ceremony when the time for the ceremony to begin came both lions walked up to the edge of the throne and Ahadi turned his head to face Uru and said "are you ready" which she responded with "of course" then both lions roared and thus making them king and queen as well as mates.
"and that is the story of how your mother and i met" as the king ended the story his youngest son spoke up "so basically you and mother met the same way me and muffy me Sarabi and Sarafina" the king chuckled and said "pretty much now how about we all go in and get some breakfast" and so once they had eaten the cubs played all day with their father with the great king Mohatu looking down on them
