Hello Fanfictioniers! Here's my story! Bold-Actually happening Italics-Written by Percy.

Percy sat by the funeral pyre, solemly staring at her lifeless body as he wrote in his journal: It was many and many a year ago, In a Cabin by the sea, That a maiden there lived whom you may know By the name of Annabeth C.; And this maiden she lived with no other thought Than to live and be loved by me. I was a child and she was a child, in this Camp by the sea; but we loved with a love that was more than love-I and my Annabeth C.; with a love that the great Goddesses of Olympus, Coveted her and me.

And this was the reason that, long ago, In this Camp by the sea, A wind blew out of a cloud, chilling My beautiful Annabeth C.; So that her highborn half-brothers came And bore her away from me, To shut her up in a shroud In this Camp by the sea.

The Goddesses, not half so happy in Olympus, Went envying her and me-Yes!- that was the reason (as all men know, In this Camp by the sea)That the wind came out of the cloud by night, Chilling and killing my Annabeth C..

But our love it was stronger by far than the love Of those who were older than we-He looked at Chris and Clarisse-Of many far wiser than we-At Nico and Thalia-And neither the Goddesses in Olympus above, Nor the naiads down under the sea, Can ever dissever my soul from the soul Of the beautiful Annabeth C..

For the moon never beams without bringing me dreams Of the beautiful Annabeth C.; And the stars never rise but I feel the bright eyes Of the beautiful Annabeth C.; And so, all the night-tide, I lie down by the side Of my darling- my darling- my life and my woul-be bride,He wrote, looking at his ring, In the pyre there by the sea, In her shroud by the sounding sea.
