This morning I interview Sith Master Uthar Wynn, headmaster of the Sith Academy on Korriban.
(Approx. 4082 BBY - 3956 BBY)
INTERVIEWER - Good morning, Master Wynn. Can you spare a few moments? I have a few questions.
MASTER WYNN - What do you want? Do you wish to enlist at my academy?
INTERVIEWER - I would love to. However, I have some questions. You began as an apprentice to the
previous headmaster, Jorak Uln. After completing your training, you challenged and defeated Master Uln,
driving him out of the academy. Why did you do this?
MASTER WYNN - Master Uln had begun to divert from the teachings of the sith. As he had grown
drunk with power, he began to conduct experiments and torture sith apprentices from the academy.
That had to stop. We cannot waste resources in our fight against the jedi. Master Uln was doing that.
INTERVIEWER - As you are now the headmaster, what are your goals for the academy?
MASTER WYNN - To train the next truly great sith. Throughout history, while there have been many powerful
dark lords; there have been only a handful of standouts. Perfect examples of true power like Marka Ragnos and
Darth Vitiate. When Vitiate was young, he once drained the force-energy from an entire planet, along with a
few thousand sith lords. That's true power.
INTERVIEWER - Do you like to travel, and play tourist?
MASTER WYNN - When I am not teaching at the academy, I like to explore the tombs in the
Valley of the Dark Lords. They offer great inspiration. I really should try holding a few classes
in one of the tombs.
INTERVIEWER - Do you enjoy any favourite foods?
MASTER WYNN - I prepare and cook a mean Wookiee Pot Pie. It's to die for. I cook their meat, fur, everything.
Throw in some chopped up vegetables, and bake for 40 minutes.
INTERVIEWER - Sounds delicious. Do you have a favourite beverage?
MASTER WYNN - Squellbug wine. Crush them, mix them with yeast, and bury in a cold, damp place for a few years.
The seal must be air tight. It ferments in the ground over time. And any type of brandy. Slightly heated, of course.
I do enjoy the finer things in life.
INTERVIEWER - Do you have a favourite colour?
MASTER WYNN - Dark yellow. Either that, or brown.
INTERVIEWER - If you could meet one of the sith greats from the past, who would it be, and why?
MASTER WYNN - Ajunta Pall. He conquered and enslaved the sith purebloods from Korriban.
INTERVIEWER - Thank you very much, Master Wynn.
