Hello everyone, this is my Version of the story True love at duel academy that I adopted from asukandshinji. This is my first try at a Yugioh GX fanfic I hope you all like it. Enjoy the chapter everybody. I don't own Yugioh GX or any of its characters.

Domino City Hospital

"I can't believe that I'm going to be an uncle." Joey Wheeler said with disbelief as he waited outside of the hospital room with his friends.

"Well acting like a worry wart isn't going to make the birth of your nephew go anyway faster" Yugi chuckled.

The blonde underdog groaned as he was getting more and more antsy. He still couldn't get over the act that his little sister Serenity was married to the Pharoah Atemn. He like everyone else believed that after the duel with Yugi the Pharoah would pass on to the afterlife. But Atemn had decided to stay with his friends and live his life to the fullest and pursued his love for Serenity. He remembered Atemn asking for his sister's hand in marriage much to the jealousy of Tea and was more than happy to agree to the marriage between the Pharoah and his sister.

"Yeah I know Yug, but I mean Serenity might not be ready for a baby yet. She's still my little sister" Joey whined as he cried anime tears.

Suddenly he felt a slap against his cheek as his wife Mai Wheeler nee Valentine couldn't stand any more of her husband's constant whining.

"Oooh will you grow up already Joey!" Mai ranted. "Your sister is a fully grown woman, she can take care of herself. She doesn't need you constantly babying her all the time."

"Well yeah but Mai..."

"But nothing mister!" Mai shouted.

Joey groaned as he was brought down a peg by his wife. His friends even Seto Kaiba who was in the corner was laughing at his misery. He growled as he noticed Seto giving him that smug grin that he was well known for. Seto wore a white trench coat that seemed to defy gravity and had pointed shoulders with a purple interior and underneath he wore a long-sleeved black shirt. On each of his upper arms he had two belts tied around them and had bracers on his forearms. He had brown hair that was dark and sleek, along with icy blue eyes that would intimidate lesser man

"What you so smug about rich boy?" Joey growled.

"Oh just enjoying watching the famous underdog being leashed by his wife" Seto smugly replied.

Tristan, Bakura, and Duke immediatly restrained the growling, angry Wheeler from attacking Kaiba. They couldnt believe that Joey still over reacts to Kaiba's smug remarks. Seriously it was getting old and they believed that Joey had grown up from that.

"Easy Joey remember he's not worth it" Tristan said keeping a firm grip.

"Seriously Joey I thought you grew up" said Duke. "You can't keep being intimidated by Kaiba."

"Duke is right Joey" said Bakura.

"Hahahaha better not let the dog off his leash" Seto grinned.

Yugi groaned at his husband's snide remarks towards his best friend. "Seriously Kaiba can't you go one day without making fun of Joey"

Seto turned to his wife Yugi Kaiba nee Moto with their two year old daughter Kisara Kaiba in his arms. He wrapped his arm around his wife's small waist and smiled. "Sure anything for you my little princess."

Yugi always blushed at the little nickname that Kaiba always called him. He was called princess since he was friends with the Pharoah and had some blood relations to the Egyptian royal line.

"You're such a jerk sometimes" Yugi blushed.

"Yes but you know you love my rough side" Seto teased. "Especially in bed" he whispered quietly making Yugi blush madly again but this time redder.

"Argh" Joey groaned. "I still can't believe you married rich boy Yug!"

"What can I say Joey, he's just that good" Yugi chuckled.

"Yeah right." Joey growled as he continued to pace. "I wonder how Serenity is doing."

"Don't worry Joey I'm sure your sister is doing just fine." Mai smiled.

Hospital Room 305

"Arghh! I am so not doing fine ahhhhhhh" Serenity screamed.

Serenity was gripping the bars on the side of her hospital bed. Ooooh boy was she in so much pain, as she panted and breathed heavily. The had no idea that child birth was this painful. Her husband Atemn was by her side as he gripped her hand trying to calm her down. He grunted as his wife had squeezed his hand a bit to hard making him wince. The head nurse told her to start pushing as Serenity took a deep breathe and began to push.

"That's it your doing good" the nurse said.

"Ahhhhh this kid is tearing my insides apart ooooooh Ra it's hurts" Serenity screamed before glaring at Atemn. "When this kid is out of me I'm going to make sure you never touch me again after this."

Atemn nervously smiled as he chuckled. Sure he was the king of games and hero of Egypt. But if there was one thing he was afraid of it was his angry pissed off wife when she became pregnant.

"Now now my little angel it's going to be over soon just hang in there...ahhhhhh" he grunted as she squeezed his hand harder.

"What do you think I'm doing Atemn." Serenity yelled. "Your not the one giving birth here!"

"Alright your doing good Serenity. I can see the head just a few more pushes" the nurse encouraged.

Serenity screamed as she gave one final push as the sounds of a crying baby filled the room. Panting and tired she looked up to see the nurse holding in her arms the newly born child. The nurse gently wrapped the baby in a soft blanket and cut the umbilical cord. She then headed the baby to her. Serenity held her baby close to her as she was happy at how beautiful he looked. He looked a little similar to Atemn but he had her hair. Atemn was crying tears of joy, he was finally a father.

Outside of the room the nurse announced to the waiting party that they could come in. Joey was the first one in the room as he stood by his sister and looked upon the little brunette baby in her arms. The baby looked like Atemn but had Serenitys brown hair.

"Wow the little guy looks just his dad but with my sisters hair." Joey smiled.

"Congratulations Atemn" Yugi smiled.

"Thank you Yugi" Atemn replied with a warming smile.

"So what's the kids name?" Seto asked.

"Well I was thinking Jaden Mahad Amun" Serenity smiled.

Atemn was shocked at the middle name that his wife gave their child. She was given their son Mahad's name as his middle name. He didn't know if he should be either honored or confused. But he just smiled.

"That's right perfect name Serenity" said Atemn.

"Thank you." Serenity replied.

"Can I hold him?" Joey begged Serenity.

"Shh, he's sleeping, and yes joey you can hold him" Atemn chuckled.

Joey was handed little Jaden as he couldnt help but smile. He was an uncle and he promised to be a good one. He couldn't wait to teach his nephew how to Duel. He was sure that the kid will be as awesome as him and the Pharoah one day.

"Joey was right he does looks just like you." Mai said gazing over Joey's shoulder to look at Jaden.

The child then opened his eyes, revealing his soft chocolate brown eyes as he looked at all the people surrounding him.

"Well," Joey started while smirking, "looks like he's going to be a lady's man when he's fully grown."

"Shut up Joey." Serenity said softly, getting a chuckle from Atemn.

"What? Come on sis I'm serious" Joey chuckled. "He will be a chip off the old block. I mean he will be handsome like me"

"Joey everyone knows the only ones who finds you attractive are your wife and monkeys" Seto stated with a laugh.

"Say that again rich boy I dare you" Joey shouted at Seto.

"Enough fighting, now give me my baby." Serenity demanded. "If you boys want to fight then take it outside."

Joey put the child back into her hands, as the baby had begun playing with her hair with a bright smile. She saw a bright future for her son, but unknkwn to her she wouldn't be able to foresee a powerful destiny set for her baby boy.

Time Skip: 15 Years Later

Jaden had changed a lot from when he was a baby. His appearance was a mixture of his mother Serenity and his,father Atemn. He had the same hair as his father, except it was dark brown at the bottom and light sun burnt brown on the top, however his hair style was very similar to that of his uncle Joey's, except it spiked out in the back instead of the front. His eyes were a warm brown, just like his mother's, and his facial features were very similar to Atemn except for the shape of his eyes which took a resemblance to his mother. He wore a blue and black jacket, which he kept unzipped to reveal a black undershirt, and a pair of black jeans. He also wore dark black slim framed glasses.

"Jaden are you up there?" His mother called out.

"Yes mom, I'm in my bedroom!" Jaden called back.

"Then come downstairs, we have some company coming." Serenity informed him.

"Be there in a minute." Jaden wondered who the company was.

Maybe Uncle Joey and cousin Joseph Wheeler, the son of Joey and May Valentine, or maybe even uncle Yugi and Seto. It's been at least a year since he saw Yugi and Seto. With that in mind, he ran to the door, to see his mother greeting many people while Atemn was speaking with Yugi and Seto. Jaden noticed there was about one hundred people. Jaden wasn't much of a party person like his uncle Joey but he does attend and have a good time. He was soon approached by his father along with a couple.

"Jaden" Atemn called out.

"Yes father what can I do for you?" Jaden asked.

"Jaden meet Atlas and Alexa Rhodes." Atemn said introducing his business partners.

Jaden looked up to see a tall man of 5 ft 10 inches wearing a dark blue business suit. His light brown hair was short with a few bangs in the front. He was a bit muscular but not like a muscle beach model like he's seen on TV. The woman was a few inches shorter than the man as she wore a silk blood red velvet dress, her dark brown hair was long down to her waist, she was slim like we super model and was beautiful to boot.

"Honored to meet you Mr and Mrs Rhodes." Jaden greeted them with a handshake.

"Such a polite young man" Alexa complimented.

Atlas nodded at that "Indeed you raised him with good morals Atemn."

"Thank you Atlas" Atemn chuckled.

"As you know Jaden your father and I work together for the International Duel Monster Tournament Association. Your father and I are part of the head bureau of the company. But your father due to his status as the King of Games became head of the entire Association and therefore owns the entire buisness." Atlas explained.

"Also we heard of your latest championship victory in Rome a few months ago. I must say we were impressed with your spellcaster deck. But I must ask why you went under the alias Jaden Yuki?" Alexa asked.

"Well father wanted to keep my real identity a secret until he says otherwise. Also the reason I used the last name Yuki was to honor my grandmother Yuki Wheeler who passed away last year." Jaden explained before wiping a tear away after bringing up his dead grandmother. "Oooh sorry, sometimes I get over emotional when I bring up grandma."

"Its fine Jaden" Alexa smiled. "Its normal."

Jaden noticed many girls around his age gathering around the food table squealing like fangirls. He wondered what that was as curiously got the better of him sometimes. He asked his father if he could be excused for a little bit. Atemn gave him the go ahead as Jaden headed towards the food table and began to gently make his way through the herd of fan girls wondering what they were so happy about. Apparently he got his answer, he saw a 16 year old boy dressed in a prince charming outfit. The boy wore a light blue coat with golden buttons and a red sash diagonally wrapped from his shoulder down to the red sash around his waist. He also wore black pants with a long sword attached to the belt. His hair was dark brown and a little long, and his eyes were a beautiful light soft brown.

Jaden couldn't help but blush, this guy was downright handsome. His heart was thumping as he couldnt take his eyes off him. This guy was none other than Atticus Rhodes, the hot model/singer of Domino. The girls all cheered and begged him for his autograph. Atticus chuckled as he told the excited hord of girls that there was plenty of him for everyone. He laughed enjoying the attention until he stopped and gazed upon Jaden. The model noticed that Jaden was blushing red which Jaden immediately noticed and started to leave.

"Excuse me ladies" Atticus said as he took off after Jaden. "Hey wait up"

Jaden stopped in his tracks as he gulped a little. He took the deep breathe and turned to look at Atticus.

"Yes?" Jaden asked him.

"I couldn't help but notice you back there." Atticus chuckled.

"O-o-oh, I'm sorry I didn't mean to cause any trouble" Jaden stuttered.

"Hahahaha no its fine I also couldn't help but noticed that cute little blush on your delicate face." Atticus teased making Jaden blush a bit more.

"I-I-I'm not c-c-cute" Jaden said nervously trying to look away only for Atticus to cup his chin in his hand as he looked back at him.

"Yes you are and I can see that, your features remind me of a beautiful rose." Atticus complimented. "and to tell you the truth I have never met anyone as beautiful as you. Your like a diamond in the rough."

"Are you hitting on me?" Jaden asked him.

"Maybe?" He winked.

Soon music filled the room, it was soft rock music. Many of the guests got on the dance floor and began to slow dance with their partner. Atticus turned to Jaden and held out his hand asking him to dance with him.

"Want to dance?" He asked.

Jaden was feeling so nervous right now. He was being asked to dance by a handsome guy with a godlike figure. Jaden groaned as he tried to process all of these feelings he had. On the one hand he could refuse and just go back to doing some of his computer work that he usually does for Kaiba and forget this ever happened. Or he could accept the guy's offer and dance with him. Such a tough choice he had to make. Jaden was attracted to men and this guy was not making it any easier to hide his feelings. Why did this model have to be so damn hot.

"You alright?" Atticus asked concerned.

"Huh oooh yeah I'm fine" Jaden chuckled.

"So do you want to dance?"

"Sure" Jaden smiled taking his hand.

Atticus smiled as he led him to the center of the dance floor. He held him close as Jaden wrapped an arm around his waist. The next song playing was a slow love song as he and Jaden gracefully danced upon the floor. Jaden's movement was as graceful as a warm spring breeze. Atticus was really impressed with Jaden's dancing.

"Wow you dance as graceful as an angel."

"Oooh now your just teasing"

"No I'm serious I have never seen such grace."

The dancing continued for a while as Atticus spun Jaden and caught him in his arms. Their dance was getting a lot of attention even from their own parents. Alexa was going into pervy mother overload, while Atemn and Atlas were seeing a great future and family partnership with this relationship.

"Well it seems my son is trying to hide his feelings for your son Atticus" Atemn chuckled.

"I can see that as well." Atlas smirked. "My Atticus hadn't shown interest in any relationship. But it looks like Jaden just might change his mind."

"I bet Atticus makes the first move" Atemn betted.

"Your on" Atlas said taking the bet.

As the song had finished as Atticus had just dipped Jaden. Jaden and Atticus gazed into each others eyes as each boy was blushing at the other. Atticus had feelings developing quickly about Jaden.

"He's a real beauty. God he's just so perfect, that hair, those eyes. I have never felt anything like this before." Atticus thought.

"Am I really falling for this guy. I mean I just met him but my body and my heart are telling me otherwise." Jaden thought while blushing deeper.

They continued to stare at eachother for a good three minutes as their hearts were beating fast. Their breathing was a bit low until Atticus began to lean forward. Jaden lifted his head up as well as their faces got closer and closer. It wasn't long before their lips finally touched much to the happiness of Alexa Rhodes.

"Pay up" Atemn said as Atlas paid him 10,000 Yen.

The kiss lasted for a good five minutes before Atticus and Jaden's lips separated. Jaden panted a bit as he stood up straight.

"That was amazing, I never felt such pleasure from such a kiss." Jaden chuckled.

"Hahahaha I admit I feel the same your a good kisser."

"Thanks I'm Jaden Mahad Amun"

"Your Jaden Amun, the son of Atemn Amun the Pharoah of ancient Egypt?" Atticus asked in shock.

"Yes but don't blab it out to everyone. Dad wants to keep it a secret until I join Duel Academy."

"Well then I'm Atticus Rhodes, the hot musical genius of Duel Academy." Atticus said while giving his signature smile.

"I can tell your hot" Jaden pointed out.

"Hahahaha just like I can tell you're beautiful" Atticus laughed as he took a rose from his suit and placed it in his Jaden's hair. "You should wear this it brings out your inner beauty."

"Your such a romantic"

"I get that a lot"

Jaden laughed as the party continued and was filled with adults drinking and kids chatting and even doing some dueling. Atlas and Atemn were going over the new rules and regulations for the next tournament while Serenity was chatting with Joey and Mai. Atticus smiled as he led Jaden over to the nearby couch. Jaden blushed red as Atticus patted his lap offering him a seat. With a smile Jaden sat in his lap and gently wrapped his arms around him enjoying his warmth.

"Enjoying yourself?" Atemn snickered.

"Ooooh dad" Jaden gasped as he sat up. "Its not what it looks like"

"Sure it isn't" Atlas smirked as he walked towards them. "Looks like you were enjoying the warmth of my son's arms."

"Dad your embarrassing him" Atticus laughed.

"He looks like fine to me. Besides I think Jaden needs a boyfriend in his life. Maybe this will help Jaden open up more and spend time with kids his age instead of spending all of his time working." Atemn grinned.

"Don't worry Atemn you can count on me to help out the little rose"

"Little rose?" Atemn asked teasingly.

"Dad!" Jaden grumbled.

Atemn and Atlas laughed as they left their sons to their own doings. Jaden grumbled about his pervy dad. Atticus laughed as he understood his own parents pervy ways.

"Don't worry Jaden my mom is a bit of a pervert herself."

Jaden chuckled "Well I guess we are the same" he finished with a yawn.

"Sounds like my little rose is tired. Want me to carry you to bed?"

Jaden rested his head on Atticus' chest "No thank you I already have the perfect bed."

Atticus smiled as he gently ran his hand through Jaden's hair as the brunette fell asleep. Alexa took a few pictures with her camera as Atticus asked her to send him some copies when they are developed. Meanwhile at the food table a girl of 15 with long light brown hair and a slim body figure was very pissed off as she saw someone cuddling with her brother. She was Alexis Rhodes, the overprotective little sister of Atticus. She grumbled as she squeezed the glass in her hand and broke it.

"How dare that little shit move in on my big brother" Alexis growled as she glared at Jaden.

She was also upset that her older brother didn't mind having the little shit cuddle with him. She made her way over to them until she was stopped by her mother.

"Alexis don't you dare" Alexa scolded.

"But mom" Alexis complained.

"But mom nothing Alexis, your brother finally showed interest in someone. That someone was Atemn's son and I will not have you ruin it for him young lady!"

Alexis grumbled as she and her mother had a stare down with lighting between their eyes. Atlas noticed and groaned as his wife and daughter were at it again.

"Alright you two that's enough" Atlas shouted pulling them apart. "Now come on its time for us to leave"

Alexa went to get Atticus as Alexis growled glaring in her direction.

"Mark my word Jaden your not going to take my brother away from me. I don't care if your the king of games son. Your not good enough for him" Alexis growled quietly.

Atticus noticed his mother coming over as he was informed it was time to leave. Noticing that Jaden fell asleep he gently moved him from his lap and laid him on the couch and placed a blanket over him. He then took a piece of paper and wrote his phone number on it and placed it along with a rose in Jaden's hand.

"I have to go little rose but I'll be seeing you real soon" Atticus whispered as he kissed Jaden's cheek.

Atticus and his family thanked Atemn for the wonderful party. Atticus however thanked Atemn for letting him getting to know Jaden. Atemn laughed and told him that he could see Jaden anytime. The Rhodes family soon entered their limo and headed off into the city. Serenity noticed her son sleeping on the couch and saw the rose and phone number in his hand. She giggled as it seems her baby had his first crush.

Upon awakening a half hour later Jaden yawned as he stretched his limbs and scratched his sides. He felt something in his hand as he saw the rose and phone number. He smiled softly as his parents greeted him.

"Hello sleepy head I see you noticed the gift Atticus left you" Atemn smiled.

"Yeah I did" he blushed softly.

"Ooooh my son has his first crush" Serenity cheered hugging Jaden tightly. "Ooh mommy is so proud."

Jaden chuckled "Don't go pervy on me mom okay"

"No problem now come on Jaden it's time for bed as its late" Serenity smiled.

"Also Jaden I got you this for your room." Atemn said handing him a framed photo of Atticus.

Jaden clutched the picture to his chest and thanked his parents. He kissed them goodnight as he took the picture to his room and put it on his night stand. He then changed into his dark Magician pajamas and went to bed.

"Good night Atticus" he said quietly before falling asleep.
