Devouring beasts
That night, Inuyasha had a crazy itch. When he finally got the itch, he heard a heart-chilling shriek from behind him. He turned around and saw a giant...flea. He backed up a few steps and noticed there were a ton of fleas crawling around his feat. A sea of fleas flowed in front of him. He tried to kill them with his feat but there were too many. He pulled the Tetsusaiga and cut the sea to bits. All the fleas merged into to more giant fleas.
"Holy crap!" Inuyasha yelled. The fleas closed in on him. He slashed one of them with the Tetsusaiga and tried to flee from the others. One of the last two caught his foot in its mouth. "Ahhhhh!" Inuyasha screamed. When it let go of his foot, he could barley walk. He turned and faced the last two. When he struck at one, it bit his arm and started sucking the blood out of it. When it let him go, he couldn't lift his sword. He was trapped. He could do nothing but wait to be sucked dry. Just then, an arrow pierced one of the fleas and destroyed it. One flea remained. The last flea saw Kagome, the one who shot the arrow, and bit down on her throat. Miroku tried to free her from the beast's grip but he failed. Sango and tried but Kirara was too afraid of the fleas to attack. Inuyasha struck the flea with his claws after Sango failed. The flea took its fangs out of Kagome and glared at Inuyasha. It bit his shoulder and sucked enough blood out of him to make him black out. Inuyasha fell limp in its grasp.
"Inuyasha no!" Kagome yelled. She tried to shoot it with an arrow but missed. "Inuyasha!" Kagome yelled. Just then, Inuyasha's eyes opened and were red. He tore from the flea's grasp and struck it hard with his claws. The flea's head came off with that swipe of power and fury mixed together. When Inuyasha fell to the ground his eyes went normal and he fell on the ground. When he woke up he was in Kaede's hut and Kagome was sitting next to him. "Are you okay?" She asked.
"I am now." Inuyasha replied. Later that night, Inuyasha felt a flea on his back.
