The game

"The game starts now!"

Stuck on an island with no one smilin'.

In a manor that had once held you enamored

now stuck listening to a haranguer.

"The game starts now!"

A game that is unlike any of the same games

you are used to playin'.

Not a board game, not a dice game, not even a card game.

Forced to play this insane game that

resembles Clue in many ways.

"There is a time limit!"

Mind gone foggy memories of old, you can not recall clearly.

There is someone, someone

who knows you dearly yet your mind seems

damaged severely.

"HAHAHA!"

Trust or distrust?

Truth or lies?

Only you can decide.

Teacher or swindler?

Detective or killer?

Chief or poisoner?

Cheerful girl or liar?

"Time is almost up!"

Putin' aside your desire, for surviving this

game has become most dire. An insane game of who done it.

Investigation limited your broken mind must

put forth more initiative.

"Times up!"

Everyday has been like this.

A guess, a horribly wrong guess. Another's

light snuffed out.

Who done it?

Do you know?

Do you want to know?

Do you really want to know?

Then you must play for yourself and find out.

But be forewarned, This game is not a game for

children or the faint of heart.

The truth you find might not be the truth you expect.

In fact, knowing the truth just might

snuff out your own...

light.

Come, the GameMaster is waiting.

That was my first poem for Lust in Terror Manor! I do hope you enjoy it. I did my best to get it to rhyme some while keeping that air of mystery. Please submit a review and tell me what you think.

For those who ask the game is on googleplay and is called Lust in Terror Manor.
