Okay…this is my first fanfic, so go easy on me. Just so you know, Alyssa is Sam's sister.
Alyssa was having her birthday at Brunswick bowling lanes and everyone went. The whole gang: Sam, Emily, Derek, Alyssa (obviously), Kendra, Max, and Casey. As usual Derek and Sam wanted to be with Kendra. That only meant that they wanted to be in the same lane. Clearly Emily and Casey weren't very happy about that. Or the fact that they even liked her! When Casey and Emily heard that Sam and Derek told Kendra they loved her…their buttons were pushed until they couldn't be pushed any more. They were used to hearing, "Kendra's hot" and "I like Kendra". But now they hear, "I love Kendra"…and they aren't having any part of that! They were so annoyed! And then, every strike Sam and Derek made they said, "That was for Kendra." As you can probably tell, that only annoyed Casey and Emily even more. Derek kept telling Casey that she was just jealous; which, she was. Emily just ignored Sam when he said things like that. But how could Casey ignore Derek? He was right in her face! Derek and Sam decided to tell everyone that the both of them, yes, the BOTH of them were dating Kendra! Emily and Casey just held in their anger and walked away. "Can you believe that!?" Emily asked
"No!" Casey said "I am going to crack! I can't take this anymore…that's it! Right now, I have to tell him that I-" Emily cut Casey off
"No! Casey no! You can't" Emily warned
"And why not!? Hmm?" Casey asked aggravated
"Look, just…don't. He may not ever talk or look at you again. And anyway…he doesn't even like you." Emily said trying to convince Casey of that.
"I don't think he's like that. Plus he's my step-brother! And how do you know he doesn't like me anyway?" Casey asked
"I don't know. But…just…don't say anything." Emily said
"Fine. But I am going to crack any day now." Casey replied
While Emily and Casey were talking…
"I can't do this anymore!" Derek shouted
"Be quiet! Do you think I can!?" Sam replied
"Why did you come up with this stupid idea anyway!?" Derek screamed whispery "Look, Derek, We can't tell them we like them until we know they like us." Sam said
"Right. But why do we have to pretend to like Kendra so much?" Derek wanted to know
"Is this coming from, Derek, the ladies man?" Sam asked
"Look, Sam, I have never felt like this around a girl before. Not like I feel around Casey. I get nervous." Derek said
"Look, we are doing this to make them jealous. We want them to tell us they like us." Sam told Derek
"Right." Derek replied
When Derek and Sam decided to go on with their plan, Derek started to think about what would make Casey crack…then he said, "Kendra's sexy." Casey stood up abruptly, "That's it!" she yelled at Derek. "All you ever talk about is Kendra! Kendra this…" Everyone just stood there. Especially Emily "…Kendra that. Kendra's hot….I looove Kendra! And to think that I liked you! I thought you cared about people and their feelings Derek!" Casey started to tear up and have that crying squeal. "…and know what!? I am going to say this right now, so you can hear it, and so I can get this off my chest, and out of my mind! Derek…I…I love you." And that was the end of Casey's rant. She was breathing hard from all that yelling.
