Snow fluttered to the ground of Amity Park is a silent haze.

Everyone was at home; cuddled up to the one they loved, by the fire. Or warm in their beds.

But not a certain Goth resident, instead she was standing outside the window of the ghost boy of Amity, gently tapping on the window and trying not to fall from the ladder.

Shivering she leaned her head against the window with closed eyes.

"Please wake up Danny," She whispered to the boy on the other side of the glass, she sighed, creating fog on the window.

How was she supposed to tell him, when he wouldn't wake up?

'I suppose he'll just figure it out…' she muttered in her head.

It was rude of her to try to wake him up. When she opened her eyes she noticed the lamp was on and her heart skipped a beat.

"Danny?" She whispered. He came to the window rubbing his eyes and opened it blue orbs wide and full of concern.

"What are you doing here, Sam? It's," he turned back and squinted to the clock "3:45 in the morning." His voice leaden with annoyance. She shivered in response and the worry came back to his eyes. He reached out to her and pulled her into the room, closing the window quickly. "Are you crazy? You could get sick, Sam" He said stripping her of her wet jacket, hat and scarf, and pulling her into him wrapping a blanket around them both.

She sighed and smiled softly as he began to rub her arms gently. Laying his head on hers as he muttered to himself about how crazy she was and she was going to be sorry when she got sick.

"Why are you here?" He asked holding her tighter as she shivered again.

"I needed to talk to you." She whispered, looking up at him.

"About what, Sam? What could be so important that you had to come here at 3 o' clock in the morning?" She flinched at his tone.

"I… I'm moving to England…" She said. He froze for a moment then he let out a noise that Sam couldn't identify, it sounded like a laugh or a dry sob. They stood in silence, Danny's hands had gone to her back and his grip was growing tighter and tighter with each passing second. His fore head pressed against the top of her head, eyes wide. "Danny," Sam said almost inaudibly, "please say something"

Sam felt a wetness creep onto her head, running down her scalp. He was crying.

"You can't," he whispered, sniffing and shaking his head. "You can't." He muttered. "I need you here." Sam panicked and began to rub his back gently.

"Danny, please don't cry… please…" Tears gathered in her own eyes against her will.

"I need you to stay… I need you here Sam… with me." Danny said gripping her shirt in his fists. "Just stay here with me… don't move away with them. They'll never be home anyway…"

"I wish it were that simple Danny." Sam muttered, stroking his raven hair.

"What am I going to do with out you, Sam?" Danny asked, his voice cracking a bit.

"You'll breathe on with out me…"
