*Captain Jack Sparrow, of the Black Pearl, stomped down to his cabin, away from the lingering sounds of laughter. He was NOT going soft....he just wanted to watch his favourite kids get married........not that he was being sentimental or anything..........
Jack threw open his door and slammed it behind him. He turned to sit at his desk, but found it already occupied.
The young woman had her boot clad feet up on the table, & was painting her crimson nails calmly, undisturbed by his dramatics. She had mid-back length hair, which was black with red henna tips, & red stripes at the front. Said stripes were thread with beads, shells and other trinkets. She had slightly slanted eyes, giving her an exotic look, and a bronze tan.
Jack blinked for a second, then composed himself. He took a deep breath, and....
" WHAT are you doing on MY ship, in MY cabin, and on MY BLOODY CHAIR???????"
The woman raised an eyebrow, but her gaze never left her nails.
" You `ave some serious issues, mon ami." She commented in a smooth cajun accent.
Jack fumed. No-one talked to him like that.Especially not some foreign wench. He voiced his thoughts.
In one smooth movement, she got up from the chair & walked to face him. He flinched, waiting for a slap. When none came, he turned back to her and grinned- only to meet her fist coming in the other direction. *CRUNCH*
"AARGH!" he screamed " Fuck woman! what'd ye do that for?" She sashayed past him.
"Oh, and for de record," she said, turning back in the door," It's Belladonna. Not wench. Never wench. Always Belladonna."
And she was gone.
