A/N SLASH... definitely silly. I'd consider it to be the same 'verse as my other story "Dinner", but in no other way connected, so you don't need to read that first... or even second really... but ya could :D
"Feel better?"
"Much."
"Good, now come back to bed."
Clark Kent had awoken to the image of a large bat flying through his window. Now, the figure he knew to be Bruce Wayne paced around Clark's bedroom, just as restless as when he had left.
"Metropolis is boring at night!"
Bruce had insisted on patrolling, even if he was in the wrong city, if only to satisfy his nocturnal habits.
"Told you. Nothing happens here crime-wise until at least 10 AM. Even then its mostly low level robberies, kidnaped puppies... At least while Luthor is in jail."
"Yes, well, you have car lifting and kitten saving to keep you busy. What am I supposed to do?"
"Well, since you're having trouble sleeping, and there's no criminals for you to terrorize, we could always go back to my original suggestion..."
The Bat descended on Clark instantly, landing on top of him and kissing him vigorously.
"Kent! Wake up! We have News!"
Lois was accustomed to storming into Clark's apartment in this manner.
"Batman is..." She burst into the bedroom to see two men chest to chest across the foot of the bed. One in torn open oversized, pinstriped pajamas, the other in the Batsuit.
"... in Metropolis." She finished rather lamely.
Seconds later she regained her senses but remained in shock from seeing mild mannered Clark Kent in a heated kiss with none other than The Batman.
"but you already know that, so I'll just go and let you, um, yeah, well Bye."
She as good as ran out of the apartment letting the door slam quickly after her.
Bruce and Clark, now both sitting up, remained there for several moments in stunned silence. Clark finally spoke, "I think that's the first time I've seen Lois Lane babble."
A/N Well, I kinda know where this is going...
