An enemy, a lover, a Blade
'It's a shame.' Adam Arclight thought to himself as he walked from the feet of table, running a line with his finger on Blade's shirtless, bloody, body that was laying on said table. 'He couldnt just give up.' Adam sat in a seat next to Blade's body. 'Smart, brave, stupid and impulsive. In this state he's calm and innocent. His orignal state is dangerous and sinful. Yet no matter what state...he's still-'
"A-B." he smiled as he looked at his 'twin'. "Adam Blade, your a fool. Yet in the time I've watched you...Just like Saten and Eve...I've fallen in love with you." A single tear escaped his right eyes as it slid close. "It really is a shame..." Adam spoke with raw emotion.
'A-A is a failure.'
'Do you know what emotion fueled me while I was down there? Hate, hate, HATE!'
"I guess I may have had a...change of heart as it were." he placed a hand over the hole in his chest. "I remember how innocent you and Eve were when I first met you two. You really were brave and good kids. To believe you..."
'Time to die you son of a bitch!'
"Professer Gido did something wrong in rasing you, little brother. But you were,indeed, god in his most perfect form." Adam shook his head slightly.
"Never underestimate yourself Arclight." Adam looked up to spot Blade's spirit, in his coat but not his glasses, standing on the other side. "Blade..."
"Dont get soft now. You came back and defeated Saten. You are god."
"I came too late. He finished you off before..." Adam trialed off, unable to keep the emotion out of his vocie.
"He was pretty damn strong, I'll give him that!" Blade barked a laugh that made Arclight smile. "Blade, I'm sorry." Adam spoke softly, looking to the floor.
"It's okay Adam. Love is a sacrifice. I sacrificed myself for you." Adam looked up with tears in his eyes, only to spot Blade's, almost soild, face inches away from his own. "I love you. Nothing and no one can change that." Adam smiled through the break-away tears. "I..I love you too Blade." 'That was a very...wise thing to say for..well Blade.'
As if reading his mind Blade replyed "Hey! I may be a perv, and a dangrous killer but I'm still a preist!"
"Indeed you are." Adam wiped his tears, still smiling. "Now get ready. They'll be coming in soon to ask if your ready. Goodbye Adam Arclight." Blade dissolved before Arclight go to say goodbye in return. Adam stood up and towered over Blade's body on the table. "Goodbye, my love." he whispered, peaking Blade on the lips.
"Master Arclight, are you ready?" Disc came in and asked deafeatedly as she looked at Blade's body. "Give me a minute." Adam told her, still over Blade's body. "Yes...God." Disc growled and left. "I'll try my hardest, for both of us." Adam whispered. "Disc! I'm ready."
A/N- I just finished ep.22 when I decied 'I've wanted to do this couple now I'm gonna do it!'
So my version is kinda like this: After Saten sent Arclight flying with the Fourth Wave, he killed Blade. But just as he landed the final blow to Blade, Arclight came back and WOOPED. HIS. ASS! After killing Saten, the remaining Four Great Ones carried Blade's still intact body to the top floor of the Simon building, which is where this took place. And just in case(Cuz I know someone is gonna be an asshole) I know Blade and Adam arent really brothers k? Anywho, soon(Not very soon, but soon) I'm gonna make a Blade/Cruz yaoi!
