Lori Noble ,15-year-old girls with lime green hair and eyes at the moment
steps out of her parent's car and looks up at the institue. Her parents
stand behind her and her mother places a hand on her right shoulder "Look
Lori, this is your new home. Aren't you excited, its like a new adventure
for you." Her mother says in a low but happy tone. Rolling her eyes Lori
puts on her headphones and blast out the used and runs her hands through
her hair. As soon as her father had heard themusic he steps infront of her
and yanks the headphones off "This is not the time to listen to music and
do something with that hair. That wasn't the color of it when we were
driving down here." She looks at her mother "Mom tell him to stop. This is
so stupid why do I have to be here." Her mother was going to say something
but her father chimed in "This isn't stupid Lori Marie Noble." She shudders
when he says her full name but lets him continue "You have no place to go
cause of what you are and we cant keep you cause of the other children."
Lori glares at him "What for, they are only going to be mutants anyone. I
can see it in their eyes already." She then pushes passed him and heads
over to the door and knocks on it.
The door swings open and kitty pryde stands there with a welcoming smile on her face. "Hi can I help you?" Lori sighs and turns off her music "Yeah, is this the school for gifted youngsters. Who parents disown them cause they are alittle different and are hated by everone." She said in a sarcastic tone. Kitty shrugs and nods "Yeah this is the place. Im kitty pryde and you are" she looks at Lori Noble and then at her parents. She moves away from the door so they can walk in and holds out a hand for Lori to shake it. Lori looks at her hand and laughs slightly "Im Lori Noble and these are my 'rents." She looks around and runs her hands through her hair. Her parents walk in after her and her mother looks at kitty "Don't mind her, she has got these teen angst thing going on right now." Kitty nods and moves away from the door some more but doesn't bother to close it. Mrs. Noble looks around the room at some of the students passing in awe. While Mr. Noble talks to a student about this place asking a lot of questions. Mrs. Noble stands next to Lori "Lori, sweetheart look around you. So many children with the same problem you have. You can make friends with them and be happy and you wont feel so alone like you did back home." Lori gives a heavy sigh and rolls her eyes "No matter where I go, I will always be alone in this world. What part of that don't you under stand mother." She says in a low cold voice. She turns and looks at kitty "Hey, kit-kat or whatever your name is. Can you give me a tour or this place and kick these two out." She points to her parens and looks at them with so much hate. Kitty laughs slightly "Yeah, sure I can give you a tour. But are you sure you want me to kick them out. Even if you were really sure I don't think I could do it." Lori shakes her head and smiles slightly "Im sure and if you don't want to do it. Then I will have to" She turns and looks at her parents as the rise into the air and head over to the door. Once they were outside she places them on the ground "Thanks for bringing me here you two. Sorry you can stay longer." She gives them an evil grin and slams the door in their faces. She turns and looks at kitty "How about that tour now."
