Hi! I have nothing to do, and I don't feel like doing any of my other stories, so I'm gonna do this song-fic I've been thinking about for a while. Hope you like! Enjoy!

Rated K+, for safety

Summary: After a patrol gone wrong, Mikey runs off and cries on a rooftop. Who can help cheer him up? Takes place after season 4 finale.

Mikey sobbed on the rooftop he sat on, tears falling onto the street below. You could almost physically see the grayness that he felt. It was his fault Raph had gotten injured! He should've been paying attention to his surroundings! He should've been there for Raphie! He should've-

"You with the sad eyes..."

Mikey's eyes widened at the damaged voice from behind him. He didn't look back. "Go away."

Leo walked a step closer. "Don't be discouraged..." he tried again.

"What is it, Leo?! I'm sorry I hurt Raph! It was an accident! Don't... Don't start scolding me!"

"Oh, I realize, it's hard to take courage."

He walked over to Mike and gestured to the entire city. "In a world full of people, you can lose sight of it all. The darkness inside you, makes you feel so small."

A nearby church bell rang, signalling it was 9 at night, which Mikey sometimes dubbed 'hug time.' Leo put his arms out as he sat next to Mikey. Mikey just turned away.

Leo sighed silently. "Show me a smile then," he said gently, grabbing Mikey's hands and pulling him up, but Mikey let go of one hand and turned to the side.

"Don't be unhappy. Can't remember when, I last saw you laughing," the leader said sadly as Mike walked towards the middle of the rooftop.

Leo walked over a bit, then slid on his knees in an attempt to see Mikey smile. "This world makes you crazy, and you've taken all you can bear."

Mikey smiled a little and rubbed his arm.

"Just, call me up, and I will always be there," Leo then said, throwing Mikey his T-Phone that he'd left at the Lair.

Mikey's smile got bigger, and Leo could almost SEE the grayness leaving Mikey as he took his hands again. "And I see your true colors shining through. I see your true colors, and that's why I love you."

Mikey gasped, surprised that Leo wasn't mad. "So don't be afraid to let them show, your true colors, true colors," Mikey continued as he touched Leo's hand, and making the grayness that Leo himself had been feeling since Splinter died disappear, and letting the turtle he knew and loved shine through.

"Are beautiful," they both said.

"Like a rainbow..." Leo said.

"Yes, Leo, like a rainbow," Mikey finished.

Mikey hugged his big brother, and Leo hesitated before hugging back. "I'm sorry, Leo," Mikey whispered.

"For what?"

"For Raph. I should've been looking where I was going."

"Mikey, past is the past. It's fine."

With those final words hanging in between them, they started home.

Gah! Sorry for awful ending! I really wanted to do this fic as soon as I saw Trolls, and I was gonna do it on Thursday or Friday, but I went to a hotel and SkyZone, and I also went to the zoo, but I don't like the zoo. Anyway, review, rant, flame, vote on my poll, and check out my community. BYE!
