Sam weakly raised his head from the pillow.
Heat of the moment...
But the song only played in head, not the silent radio next to him on the motel nightstand. This nightmare couldn't be revisited again and again...Dean was really gone. In Purgatory.
Time to rise and shine...
Sam staggered from the bed, washing his face with cold water from the sink. He'd spent all week in bed.
**Dean gurgling for an absurdly long time**
Sam allowed a smile to play on his lips.
Hey, its Tuesday! Pig in a poke!
Sam would get his brother back. He was certain.
